Workers here obviously don't care or pay attention. They are more focused on talking & gossiping with coworkers instead of making the order for the customer in front of them. In addition to no manager being present when an actual concern of purchase is brought up. Servers instead just say, "Oh that's new, we recently raised our prices" and "The manager is out at the moment". If the "manager" is going to "step out", then the employees on site should at least be properly trained.

Don’t go to this location!!! Ordered in the app and it said 11:40 pick up. Walked inside was not greeted by any of the 3 men working. Told them I had an app order and they said it wasn’t done. While I waited I watched them argue with multiple people who were ordering. I asked them at one point how long they said they had time because it was an online order while they took care of 7 customers before they made my sandwich’s. 3 guys working all rude. One guy with a man bun was very rude to me and others while I was there . Finally got my food 20 mins later and it was wrong when I got home . Save yourself the headache and go to a different location

I made an online order on 9/24/24 at 9:11pm. The app said to expect my order to be ready at 9:30pm. I leave my house and get there at 9:29pm and sure enough, within 30 seconds I got a message that it was ready. I walked into the Subway store(62846) at 5693 S Jones Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89118. The lady behind the counter said it would be just a minute. I figured no big deal, she needed to finish the sandwich she was on and retrieve my order from the refrigerator where they store them for online pickups. She proceeds to finish that sandwich and start with a new customer in line which was about 4 deep at this point. I approached the lady and asked what the delay was and she said that my sandwiches had actually NOT been made yet. She would not answer why she changed the status to "Ready" in the app. In the end, I had to wait another 30 minutes for my sandwiches to be made, when they could have alerted me to a delay so I'm not wasting my evening sitting at a Subway store. There is no excuse for this. I imagine the lady would get a demerit if my order isn't ready on time, so she would rather waste my time in the process. This is unacceptable and is completely couter-intuitive to the concept of online ordering and tracking. On top of everything, she made my wife's sandwich with mayo instead of oil and vinegar and got an attitude when I made her make a new one. My sandwich was missing condiments and had no more turkey than a standard sandwich. So much for "Titan Turkey". Very disappointing to say the least. I reached out to a Maria Cabrera and after a few attempts I got a message to call a Javier Zuniga who is the corparate manager. Sad to say that after a few attempts to reach him, there has been no effort to contact me back. Apparently management condones this practice of completing orders in the app before they are even made. What a huge waste of valuable customer's time. Despite the convenience to my house, I won't be back, as this is not the first time the sandwiches have been below par at this location. The staff is typically rude and put-out if you ask for more than one or two toppings on your sandwich. Everything considered, I will definitely avoid this Subway location in the future, and I think you should too. You need to do better Subway!!

Forgot the Pepperoni? How do you forget the Pepperoni?. I ordered "The Boss" add Bacon. She remembered to add bacon and forgot the Pepperoni. Then she put my sandwich in the toaster with my wife's, so it wasn't really toasted long enough. Same with the 3 orders of dippers. She put em in at the same time, so they weren't toasted long enough either.

It took 30 minutes just to order one sandwich. Only one employee is working. The vegetables are not fresh and the meat is just as old and smells. I will report to the Health Department.

Someone in corporate really needs to visit this store and interview each employee I was very worried for them, the supervisor maybe thought I couldn’t understand Spanish but I overheard her demanding an employee to clock her out in 30min after she left (she left around 3pm Monday 06/17/24) check the cams! Also both of the girls including the manager putting down this employee as lazy and chubby, and there were customers in there but talking in Spanish most of the other employees didn’t understand.

Save them!!!!

The girls working in there right now all have a really nasty attitudes brother of them even acknowledge when a customer walks in huffs and puffs when they have to make an order (do their job) I’m good on going back to this location

The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD AT ANY SUBWAY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! First when I walk in, the employee doesn’t acknowledge me is looking down at his cell phone. I’m clearly ready to order not looking at the menu, I’m standing there ready to go. I try to order one foot long churro and one foot long pretzel and the employee cuts me off and says ah ah ah no comprende tu habla espanol? What? Seriously you work at subway in Las Vegas and you don’t understand simple menu items in English? Luckily I speak Spanish pretty well so I was able to order these as well as a 6 inch meatball and 6 inch teriyaki blitz. Once my sandwich’s are ready I try to make one sandwich a combo and he just stares at the register and won’t let me get my drink and
Refuses to hand me my cup. He says un momento, then comes around from back to see the prices. Then writes the prices down on a napkin and then goes back to the register l. He just stares at the register and then you can check the cameras, I waited 15 minutes at least for him to ring up my food, he WAS NEVER ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT!! Are you kidding me. So I end up leaving after almost 30 minutes there and HAVE NO FOOD AT ALL!!! Had to drive to the rainbow and warn springs location to get my food.. AND Of course they didn’t have the spicy dill chips, churro or pretzel at the rainbow location!! So I didn’t even get my order the way I had it at all. I’m so pissed off i am shaking. That “EMPLOYEE” should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY AND THIS LOCATION OWES ME MY FOOD FOR FREE FOR WASTING SO MUCH OF MY MY TIME AND PATIENCE. Disgraceful, how horrible that employees, and the fact that he speaks with no English is even more of a joke. Hopefully Subway will do the right thing and reach out to me and get my food free cause what? That is what they should do.

Never delivered Uber One order. Placed two orders - first one they said they never received it. Second one they said somebody else picked it up. They are scamming both Uber and the customer. Terrible choice.

An oddly bad Subway. First, they have a shield to prevent you from seeing the main sandwich ingredients. So, you have no way of telling how fresh the meats or cheeses are. We should have just walked out. It was disgusting. Especially the tuna. I actually threw it away after two bites.
