Service is awful in this place. We used to have lunch here before work. This place needs big time improvement on their service. Management needs to hire employees with good customer service.

I went in to place an order for a pizza and it took her about 10 min to take our order , she proceeded to cook the pizza without asking me if I wanted any toppings on it ,and tried to hand me a cheese pizza and didnt even cut it . I asked if I could get some pepperoni and green peppers and she stated she's never done that before. I told her I get them all the time with toppings . So she put it back in for 2 seconds and handed me a pizza with raw pepperoni and raw bell peppers . She was not very friendly . I will never be back to this location. We ended up going to a different subway a little further and the guy cooked my pizza properly. Terrible service.

Don’t bother going here in the evening on the weekend. They will have one worker working and you will spend minimum of thirty minutes just to get served.

You have been warned this franchise owner does not train their employees or clean their restaurants. They do not accept coupons or offers and have very rude employees. Stay away from Subway locations in Vegas. You’re better off not eating than risking these locations and don’t support this awful business owner.

Workers here obviously don't care or pay attention. They are more focused on talking & gossiping with coworkers instead of making the order for the customer in front of them. In addition to no manager being present when an actual concern of purchase is brought up. Servers instead just say, "Oh that's new, we recently raised our prices" and "The manager is out at the moment". If the "manager" is going to "step out", then the employees on site should at least be properly trained.

Don’t go to this location!!! Ordered in the app and it said 11:40 pick up. Walked inside was not greeted by any of the 3 men working. Told them I had an app order and they said it wasn’t done. While I waited I watched them argue with multiple people who were ordering. I asked them at one point how long they said they had time because it was an online order while they took care of 7 customers before they made my sandwich’s. 3 guys working all rude. One guy with a man bun was very rude to me and others while I was there . Finally got my food 20 mins later and it was wrong when I got home . Save yourself the headache and go to a different location

I made an online order on 9/24/24 at 9:11pm. The app said to expect my order to be ready at 9:30pm. I leave my house and get there at 9:29pm and sure enough, within 30 seconds I got a message that it was ready. I walked into the Subway store(62846) at 5693 S Jones Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89118. The lady behind the counter said it would be just a minute. I figured no big deal, she needed to finish the sandwich she was on and retrieve my order from the refrigerator where they store them for online pickups. She proceeds to finish that sandwich and start with a new customer in line which was about 4 deep at this point. I approached the lady and asked what the delay was and she said that my sandwiches had actually NOT been made yet. She would not answer why she changed the status to "Ready" in the app. In the end, I had to wait another 30 minutes for my sandwiches to be made, when they could have alerted me to a delay so I'm not wasting my evening sitting at a Subway store. There is no excuse for this. I imagine the lady would get a demerit if my order isn't ready on time, so she would rather waste my time in the process. This is unacceptable and is completely couter-intuitive to the concept of online ordering and tracking. On top of everything, she made my wife's sandwich with mayo instead of oil and vinegar and got an attitude when I made her make a new one. My sandwich was missing condiments and had no more turkey than a standard sandwich. So much for "Titan Turkey". Very disappointing to say the least. I reached out to a Maria Cabrera and after a few attempts I got a message to call a Javier Zuniga who is the corparate manager. Sad to say that after a few attempts to reach him, there has been no effort to contact me back. Apparently management condones this practice of completing orders in the app before they are even made. What a huge waste of valuable customer's time. Despite the convenience to my house, I won't be back, as this is not the first time the sandwiches have been below par at this location. The staff is typically rude and put-out if you ask for more than one or two toppings on your sandwich. Everything considered, I will definitely avoid this Subway location in the future, and I think you should too. You need to do better Subway!!

Forgot the Pepperoni? How do you forget the Pepperoni?. I ordered "The Boss" add Bacon. She remembered to add bacon and forgot the Pepperoni. Then she put my sandwich in the toaster with my wife's, so it wasn't really toasted long enough. Same with the 3 orders of dippers. She put em in at the same time, so they weren't toasted long enough either.

It took 30 minutes just to order one sandwich. Only one employee is working. The vegetables are not fresh and the meat is just as old and smells. I will report to the Health Department.
