An oddly bad Subway. First, they have a shield to prevent you from seeing the main sandwich ingredients. So, you have no way of telling how fresh the meats or cheeses are. We should have just walked out. It was disgusting. Especially the tuna. I actually threw it away after two bites.

Have to say the service this employee gave was horrible, right away you feel the very bad vibe. It seemed like he did not care to provide at least the bare minimum of customer service. Very very bad attitude and should get retrained or go work where this employee doesn't have to deal with customers face to face.Will stop coming to this location until the staff changes. Bad customer service, and a very bad attitude.
Its only 11:27pm on Wed 02/07/24 and the door was locked I couldn't get food. The store closes at midnight. LAZY TERRIBLE STAFF.

The manager Samantha is Soo unprofessional! I placed my order on the app when I showed up I got in line when I was next she said they didn’t receive it even tho it was printed at the receipt machine before I arrived then when she got it she said it will be ready at that time and continued to take all the people in line and had me wait even tho I ordered AHEAD AND WAS HERE BEFORE ALL THOSE people! Now she’s in the back and left only one worker instead of making my sandwich! Wish I could give NO STARS

We have always loved subway but THIS was really bad! The sandwiches were so much smaller and they put less of everything! Got home and realized they forgot our side of peppers. And was charged $4 more for a thin slice of ham on the already $14 sandwich! There were only a few meatballs on the meatball sandwich! What the heck happened Subway??

This Subway never has my mobil order done on the time the app says it will be ready. The whole purpose of mobil orders are to pick it up without waiting 10 extra minutes for someone to make it.

This is off the beaten path and a much nicer area. Better location better employees better clientele. Like the Subway on Tropicana and Jones totally ghetto, different atmosphere. this is the best location I've been to in Vegas plus they're open 24 hours.

I don't know what type of manager would leave ONE person on a SATURDAY NIGHT shift, but that's kinda messed up, I get it staffing issues and what not but coming from a manager I would never leave my team hanging like that and would've been on the line with her because aren't you supposed to take pride in YOUR store as a "boss"? Anyway, I forgot to get her name who helped us but she's an older lady with blonde braided hair or long blonde hair I believe, SHE KILLEDDD IT. she had online orders and a whole a** line in the store and she could've been a little faster but my sister and I couldn't help but feel sorry for her so we helped her and made our own pizza box and wrapped our own sandwiches so she could help her line in which we was standing in for at least 45 minutes and I'm sure the people behind me were PISSED. shoutout to that lady who held it down tho, she's the only reason im leaving 2 stars.
