First off my experience took place Aug,19,25. I placed an order with this restaurant at 9am,but placed the order online from the website just to be told they don’t accept online orders at this location!! Please don’t place an order online with subway expecting it to come to the Orleans location. The short older lady which told me she’s been there at that location for 10 years gave me an attitude while I was trying to resolve my issue. After going back and forth with her for about 3 mins I walked away in frustration to try and figure out the mix up.
I came back to her and asked for HR number which she Questioned why I needed the Number and refused to give it to me, instead she pointed down and said go find HR downstairs with an attitude, so I walked out the casino called her work phone number and asked for HR, which she finally gave me the number. Needless to say I complained on her, HR was very Professional unlike this employee, and reassured me she would take care of the situation. I appreciate the HR in this situation and I suggest everyone stay away from this location unless you want attitude served with your sandwich.

To start with there is only one employee at lunch time and after helping 2 customers she decided to continue to fulfill an online order without even acknowledging us , at least to say, thank you for waiting, I’ll be right there with you”, such poor customer service. Plus an alarm kept beeping amd the employee was ignoring the sound which was extremely annoying.

Located at the end of the food court. The lady who made my sandwich was really nice and was in a happy mood. The only down side was the inflated prices. I paid 12.50 for a 6 in and a chip. No drink. I overheard another person complain that the prices here are way higher. Go to another location for

We ate here twice and both experiences were poor. Service was non-existent. The quality of the food was very poor. And the prices were not in lock with the expectation for a Subway franchise. Go to Fuddruckers.
