This place is ridiculous, not one time have I been there without a problem. Last experience I ordered two sandwiches and when I went to pick it up..some customer before me supposedly took it and they didn't even realize until I arrived and pointed it out..then had to wait again for them to be made. This time all I ask is a simple "heat up bacon on BLT" and didn't bother heating it up but heat up the entire other sandwich instead...it's like why put a "instruction comment" if they legit never read it.

My husband and I walked in and noticed immediately how hot and humid it was inside this establishment so we decided instead of eating there but to take our food to go. There was two very kind gentleman that I could tell were so hot and miserable in there. They didn't complain one time but you could see how hot it was. The subway was very clean but the owner Michelle needs to fix the AC immediately for these employees. They should not have to work in those conditions in June in Las Vegas.

I stopped in to Subway yesterday and saw a sign stating they were under new management. I went inside and was greeted with a Hello and a smile from this lovely lady. The other 2 workers also popped out and smiled. I gave her my order and she made our 2 sandwiches perfectly and they actually had meat in them. Too many times we've been shorted with the amount of meat. She did such a great job that I asked her name because I wanted to Thank her on Yelp and give her some much deserved praise. Thank you so much Gloria and I can't wait to go back.

The food was good, but all though, their worker(s) are rude. They gave me the wrong order, and so I walked back in stating they gave me the wrong order, but the guy working there said it was correct, so I showed him my receipt, and then he had the other worker there make me another sandwich, but right when I was about to leave, the guy wanted the old sandwich back, but then the other worker told me to keep it, so I told them that they can argue about it, and then I just walked right out. This is nonsense. They don't remember what you even order, which is ridiculous since there were only two other people in their besides me, so I'm just confused on how you can forget a simple tuna sandwich order that quickly in matters of minutes.

This is the best subway I've been to. I brought my roommate for lunch The store was clean. The employees were nice. They have a big spacious environment. I don't really go to Subway but I think I would eat here in the future.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. if i could rate 0 stars i would. ours sandwich was out the packaging and just sitting in the bare bag. our napkins were crumpled up into a ball and just thrown into the bag. to top it off our sandwich had NOTHING in them. no tomatoes, no avocado, no cheese. im so disgusted and disappointed that someone could do this. we even paid extra for add ons to get NOTHING. i hate this place. worst experience ever.

The kids working here need to be retrained on how to make sandwiches, how to talk to customers and how to have food service safety knowledge. Both kids (black kid with braids and Hispanic kid with messy greasy bun) were slow, they didn't know remember what ingredients you asked for within 5 seconds. I told them what I wanted and 5 seconds later they are still standing there like a deer in headlights asking "what?" After you repeat they immediately give you attitude. The black kid with braids refilled dressing on the counter next to my sandwich and as he was refilling it he let the bag sit on my sandwich and then he pulled a slice of cheese off when he was finished, then he puts it right back on my sandwich. I had to also remind them to clean their knives in-between orders. I don't think they know how to wash their hands or change their gloves either. They were more concerned with which one of their friends was waiting for them outside instead of taking care of the customer.

Avoid at all costs. This is the second time that I've placed a mobile order and it has not been ready at the stated time, in fact, both times it was well after that. Tonight I go in and two young men are working. One is working his tail off, the other one is just standing there. I'm being completely ignored, I finally called to their attention that my order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago, they proceeded to then ignore me as they prepared the orders of five people that came in after me. More Internet pick ups came in and again they were completely ignored. The worker doing nothing, finally stepped forward, and with an attitude offered to make my sandwiches, but didn't want to look at the actual order details. They then told me they didn't have the ingredients to make my sandwich. So I told them I wanted to cancel. This made him irate and he started giving attitude saying he didn't know how to do that. So I made him call a supervisor. They claim they didn't have a phone. The manager finally comes on one of their cell phones and the kid proceeds to just simply tell him that I wanted to cancel an order, nothing else to the reason why or that it is now been an hour that I have been waiting in the lobby. I take the phone and proceeded to give them the full account. The manager proceeds to walk him through how to cancel my order and give me a refund on the register. The whole time the kid is upset. If you want to wait over an hour for a mobile app pick up, and then be Ignored and given attitude for actually asking them to either make it or cancel it, one of the two, this is your place. The kid had the audacity to actually tell me he didn't know how to make my sandwich, that he was just gonna wing it. WTF. It was very clear from the moment I walked in that this particular employee did not want to work or lift a finger. His poor coworker, who was on his third day was trying to handle all of the upset customers.
