This is the cleanest Subway I have ever visited! The young man working, was absolutely amazing! He did not stop working the entire time! He made 3 sandwiches and then cleaned the entire kitchen. He changed his gloves often. (I have been to stores that take money and then make a sandwich w/o changing gloves!) He made our trip a delight! (Young guy, brown hair and wearing a mask) Thank you!

Came here with my husband 11/8 afternoon, we weren’t greeted upon arrival, we walk to the counter and the kid behind the counter doesn’t acknowledge us at all, we stand there watching him slowly pick up bread crumbs bits by bits from the counter. After a few minutes of waiting in an awkward silence watching him do that, my husband asks him « are you taking orders? ». He lifts his head up for the first time and just says « yeah ». He then doesn’t say anything. The most awkward service I’ve ever had. So we say our orders. He remains silent the whole time , doesn’t ask us « what kind of veggies? » just stands behind the veggies and stares at us. I was honestly so confused. Not used to this type of service at subway. We ordered one foot long along with a 6’ sandwich + drinks and chips total $47. Just because we added extra bacon and tuna. We knew it wasn’t right, so we replicated the same order online and it came up to $31. He didn’t ring our combos and rang everything separate. This kid needs to get some training for his job. What a miserable experience and especially for the price it’s pretty ridiculous.

Me and my sister went in, we had a thirty minute lunch, came in and there was only one person, we still waited, until the guy behind the counter passed us, and began making another man's food, completely ignored us, rude customer and rude server.

I went to eat in and the location was over heated , inside it was 90 degrees. I asked the young man if he could open the door while we were there he refused, we had to go somewhere else. Very frustrating after a long day

I came in at 8pm and I wanted to get food
I had a coupon that was $4.99 6 inches sandwich
And the Employee who cashed me didn’t know how to do the register and so I gave him $20.51 and he said No you gave me $20 so he overcharged me for the Sandwich and so
I told him that I have $20.51 twice and he doesn’t listen to me and the Employee doesn’t speak English this is the Worst Customer Service Ever
And I was never given a receipt and I would never offered a receipt either and I would never come back to this horrible place ever again

Terrible customer service. The girl had a real bad attitude and the bread was dried out. I nicely asked for new sandwiches and she was not pleased.

I was told it's $4 for a free cup of water, I've NEVER heard that before, given she barley spoke English but she made it clear they're not giving it free water, the free water cups are for employees only and specifically at this location there's a new policy that water for customers are $3.49 or something like that which basically rounds up to $4.

Would NOT recommend ordering at this subway location. Came from out of town & placed an online order to go, only to find later once already on the road that the sandwich was made completely wrong. Called the restaurant to get help or to see about a refund - no answer every time. The receipt offered the district manager’s contact info/email at the bottom with Maria Cabrera’s personal message of “If it’s not right…I’ll make it right”. That is completely false - she was barely responsive and completely ignored all emails. Although it’s just a sandwich, it’s unfortunate to witness such poor customer service.

Never use this Subway, there’s one on blue diamond. They’ve messed my last 3 sandwiches. If you order on the app, it won’t be ready on time. Don’t bother trying to have it fixed, won’t happen. Look at all the 1⭐️ reviews. It’s not a lie.

Love this location the staff are kind patient and attentive, which is really good. Even if I lived all the way across town, I would still come to this location for the excellent service. The location super clean and honestly has everything you could ask for from staff to food so yay! I've been to a couple of different subways, and this is definitely my favorite ten out of ten definitely recommend!
