Would NOT recommend ordering at this subway location. Came from out of town & placed an online order to go, only to find later once already on the road that the sandwich was made completely wrong. Called the restaurant to get help or to see about a refund - no answer every time. The receipt offered the district manager’s contact info/email at the bottom with Maria Cabrera’s personal message of “If it’s not right…I’ll make it right”. That is completely false - she was barely responsive and completely ignored all emails. Although it’s just a sandwich, it’s unfortunate to witness such poor customer service.

Never use this Subway, there’s one on blue diamond. They’ve messed my last 3 sandwiches. If you order on the app, it won’t be ready on time. Don’t bother trying to have it fixed, won’t happen. Look at all the 1⭐️ reviews. It’s not a lie.

Love this location the staff are kind patient and attentive, which is really good. Even if I lived all the way across town, I would still come to this location for the excellent service. The location super clean and honestly has everything you could ask for from staff to food so yay! I've been to a couple of different subways, and this is definitely my favorite ten out of ten definitely recommend!

We ordered a head of time on the app and came into the store. The two workers that were working were extremely slow and it took 35 minutes to get my food and had at least 20 walk-ins go by. Absolutely atrocious.

The worst ever. There was a woman in front of me. She was about to order but was abruptly cut off by the employee telling her no more orders for 10 minutes while they get caught up on their other orders. It was rude and unprofessional. She left immediately and said she would go elsewhere. I decided to wait as I didn't know of another Subway close by. Finally, I was able to order. The person who took my order understood almost no English, so everything had to be translated. After all of this, when I got to the payment part, I was informed that their fountain drink machine was broken, so therefore, I couldn't get the daily special price of $6.99. I said forget the soda, just give me the special without the drink. She insisted that she still had to charge me full price for each item. I asked for the manager.
She said she was the manager. Her name is Mia. She has done such an injustice to the Subway franchise with her extreme lack of management skills and just plain common sense. I couldn't believe it.

Service was horrible. Two servers where there, and both were working on the order before mine. There were 2 customers in the store and I waited 10 minutes before being served. Meanwhile, the two servers worked on take out orders together instead of asking for my order. Been to plenty of Subways...

This place was a shard show. Today 9/14 at 2:50 pm. There was a young lady at the counter who did not have any customer service ethics what so ever. Her facial expression was miserable. She didn’t have any bread, not much of a cheese selection avail and the onions were frozen. We left! Her tip jar was empty go figure and she scratched her head with gloves on as she attempted to grab our bread. This place needs assistance. Sad!!!

This Subway needs help. It needs more staff. Proper working equipment. Subway corporate should be ashamed of themselves. Only having 2 workers on a Saturday, 1 prepping and the other making sandwiches and cashier. That's ridiculous. This location is in a busy Outlet mall in Las Vegas right near the strip. Also last week credit card machine was down, poor staff didn't even have a back up square reader! Shame on Subway. The staff is very nice and doing their best, but without the tools they need corporate is setting them up for failure. Stop spending so much on commercials and help the stores.
