I did not check the reviews before stopping by on the way home.I fully concur with the one star reviews here. The absolute worst Subway experience EVER, avoid at all cost. Never have I encountered a Subway restaurant being out of so many ingredients (I think they were just too lazy to go to the back for more) and the employees made us feel unwelcome and a burden to them

Placed an online order here a 7:30pm on 1/14/23. Got a call right after placing the order saying they "were out of meatballs so he couldn't make my order" lol okay. So I asked if he could just make me another sandwich and the guy said "no he's not allowed." And that "I have to call my credit card company to issue me a refund" cuz apparently he couldn't do that either. Honestly at a loss for words. Not only did I pay for a sandwich that I never got but I also added a tip when I placed the order. I mean what? Either management is doing a terrible job or this is the laziest employee on earth. Either way never again with this location.

An employee refused to make my online order despite me placing it 20 minutes before I came in, making me and several other customers wait 30 minutes to an HOUR as he continued to do other orders, even when another customer complained on my behalf. Tried calling the store TWICE for a refund as I couldn't get my order and they refused to pick up. Never ordering from here ever again.

This is the very worst customer service. I've ever experienced with Subway. I literally stood there for 10 minutes and they didn't even acknowledge me to take my order. The food may have been good, but I didn't get to order any so I wouldn't know.

The music was so loud I could not hear the person behind the counter! The food was delicious, I always get the Chicken Teriyaki, whenever I go to a subway (or the personal siza pizza, for a subway pizza it's pretty dang good!) Anyway I always get the Italian Herbs and cheese bread (when they have it, something they don't) I always get provolone cheese, (heated up of course bc it's chicken!) With lettuce, tomatoes, onion, black olives, and the teriyaki sauce on top, I always have to ask for more bc in a straight line on the inner half of the bread just doesn't work for me! The cheese, lettuce, tomato, right portions! And i only got 4 slivers of onion, and 8 black olives, unacceptable! The tomato I should of left out bc there were only 5 slices in the bin and I was the only person in there, when you're slow that is the time to change out your toppings, prep, clean up work! It was before 6pm when I was in there, then a rush of people came in, and all of a sudden, fresh bins of toppings were out and ironically the god AWFUL music that was blaring went down to a NORMAL volume so i could actually hear myself think! The BREAD OMG THE BREAD AT THE END OF ONE HALF OF THE FOOTLONG I GOT WAS SO HARD I COULDN'T CUT IT WITH A PLASTIC KNIFE NOR PULL IT APART WITH MY HANDS AT ALL-- UNACCEPTABLE!! I will NEVER go to that location again EVER! And I hardly eat out, this was a treat! I got the combo, what a waist of "fresh value meal" for the extra $3.39, the footlong was $11.79 tax was $1,27 for a total of $16.45.. when i could of gotten 2 different kinds of deli meets, bread, and 2 different snacks for work for the entire week for what that cost for it NOT TO BE HALFWAY DECENT! The STARS I gave we're me being generous!!Vegetarian options: The veggie subs are good, the pizzas are good, but I'm not sure they are good at this place!Kid-friendliness: A dinner rush came in right after i sat down to eat, people had their kids with them!Parking: You drive there and park your vehicle!Wheelchair accessibility: Yup saw the signs that says it is, however with the heavy doors that i could hardly open a person in a wheelchair going there by themselves would have to knock on the doors for someone to hold them open so they could get in! I could hardly open them each way! The bathroom was also marked as accessible!Dietary restrictions: If you don't eat meet, there's other food options there for you!

There was only one worker he was there by himself the customers infront of me were rude and he was the best never once said anything back just tried to be nice and he was very nice to me I don't remember his name but next time I will tip him better he was the nicest person who's ever helped me subway hire more people.
