I want to make it clear that majority of the staff here are absolutely repulsive. They’re rude, they want to argue, and clearly they aren’t aware of how their operations work.
I ordered a sandwich on the app to this store on accident- which is my fault for not fully reading my order summary. However when I called the store to cancel, they told me I had to cancel on the app. Plot twist; you cannot do that. You’re directed to call the store because this isn’t a third party transaction.
So since they weren’t canceling my order in store, I sent my brother to retrieve my order so I can just eat it when I got home. He gets to the store and they tell him it was cancelled. Funny since the app said it was “already picked up” but he hadn’t gotten there yet. So as my brother tried to explain this, the older Hispanic lady behind the counter began to argue with him. She cut him off mid sentence and just began to make the order.
I’ve also had an experience where I place a pickup to this late night subway and they made me WALK TO THE DRIVE THRU!!!
This is absolutely insane behavior. I don’t usually review, but I think someone needs to have their attention drawn to the fact that staff are rude and don’t know how to inform their customers politely.

This subway is the worst I’ve ever had been too. This subway literally says it’s open to 8am to 11pm not no 10 or 10:30, I worked at fast foods before and if are store says we close at 10 or 11 we are closing at that time. Me my wife and some other people had walked in and the employee that was working had gotten an attitude that we came in an hour before they close. He made are orders with attitude and anger, we didn’t have no attitude or anything with him. We were polite and respectful even though he still had an attitude, he had no name tag but his id number is 4491. I can’t with these restaurants hiring teenagers with attitude and kids that think it’s ok to have attitude and be mad at the fact people come in to order, that’s not good customer service and it’s not ok to subway because there disrespecting the company and making them look back. I don’t want to get the manager involved because I seen on most of the comments that she doesn’t care basically so I need to get in contact with hr the higher ups because this is really unprofessional work.

A wonderful museum! Ancient artifacts are stored in a glass display case. Strangely enough, you can even eat the priceless artifacts on a bun for an extra cost. Didn't try that.

This subway makes other subways look bad for the name Subway. There is really nowhere to complain to smh I will eventually stop going to Subways if all Subways employees are not trained properly this is ridiculous. I Went to Subway here at 602 rainbow the oven has been broken for a while still not fixed so we have to go somewhere else inconveniencing us across town don't know how long it's going to take for them to fix the oven it's taking quite a long time I don't think these people care Ashley is the manager there and Keith was working there he doesn't know what he's doing..very disappointed with Subway 602 North Rainbow
No one knows how to speak English and never a supervisor or manager around the employees are rude and think they own the place there

employes do not follow your order when it's online. if you don't speak Spanish, they don't understand you. I am allergic to tomatoes. so they loaded my sandwich with them. had to give sandwich to my kids. I just get what they give me. Just not pleasant employees.

Ordered on the app. Said it was ready went in. Food wasn’t ready. My sandwiches were just sitting out half done. Waited for the worker to come out. He was rude. Come on be better. Plus the employee doesn’t have a name tag on. So I don’t know his name. This is the only subway I ever have issues with. Time for new management or something.

If you have no patience, just choose a different Subway.
Service is not great here (slow and pretty inattentive), and they never answer their phone, but they've never screwed up my sandwich or missed an online order (I ordered 5 footlongs online just last weekend and they were ready on time and perfectly done.)
Everytime I've gone the location looked clean and well maintained. The veggies are usually nice looking, but sometimes that can vary (as with every Subway location).
I will continue to buy Subway from this location.

I sat in this driveway for five minutes without being greeted, so I drove up to the window and seen that the employee (Claudia) was working with someone so I waited until she was done, and after that, I still waited at the window for about 10 more minutes, even though me and Claudia had made eye contact twice through the window After her last customer had left. It wasn’t until I walked inside that I was helped, and she was still very rude and had a big attitude with me. I’ve always had a good experiences here, but not today with Claudia.
