Honestly I love subway it’s one of my comfort places for a sandwich to go to, I ordered a sandwich off of the DoorDash app, and when it arrived at my door I grabbed the bag and it was lady covered with greasy oil. When I went to
Open my sandwich it was a mess my bread was smothered in mustard and everything was falling out of my sandwich. When I called the store to let them know what happened the gentlemen on the phone was nice however wasn’t really apologetic very much. When I gave him my information he didn’t really seem to be paying attention to what I was even saying and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me like he didn’t want to hear anything I said. Very rude tbh, all I asked for was a small simple sandwich and I couldn’t even get that. Very dissatisfied with my service and will never come back here again.
We visited Subway as a group of 10+ people, including both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. There was only one worker, and she seemed overwhelmed. She was rude and mixed up some of our orders. Although there was plenty of bread in storage, not everyone got their preferred choice. We also noticed a full tray of veggie patties, but she didn’t offer them to everyone. Despite the service issues, the food was excellent. However, the experience could have been much better with friendlier and more organized service.

Worst subway. Unfortunately I still use the location because I charge my Tesla here. The manager is extremely rude every time I see her in there. To me, her employees, other customers. I literally don’t know how the employees handle her. She makes a big issue out of things that aren’t even an issue. She should probably find a job that doesn’t involve conversing with customers in any capacity. The younger workers know what customer service looks like.

Very nasty customer service the little old lady told me she wasn't gone make my sandwich the way I wanted then told me to hold on before telling her what to put on my sandwich if I wasn't hungry I would have told them to take they sandwiches an shove them very racist attitude and that's not becoming for a business like Subway
I’m not sure why Kim was so rude. My boyfriend and I stopped to eat while charging the Tesla. Ordered two foot longs and she made us feel so uncomfortable we decided to eat in the car
As we walked out she said “ Can you push in your chair so I don’t have to go out there”
I’ve been in Customer Service for 30 years and I would never talk to a Payne and tipping customer or make them feel the way that she did very disappointing. The gentleman that made our sandwiches was friendly and made a good sandwich. I feel bad for him It that he has to work with her negativity all day.

Worst experience from a subway! Do you really need to be so rude to your customers? Where’s management? No customer service skills are enforced here. Ordered a sandwich online and it was not how I ordered it. They gave me issues about remaking it and then threw everything together and just wrapped it sloppy.

They were slurring their words and then got upset, saying her hour ago unbelievable I don’t understand how they still work there when they’re like that every single time people go there representing subway horribly

Clean restaurant, friendly employees, used this one a few times and will go back.
Only thing I wish was different would be, being able to use app rewards in store, like McDonald's does.

Oh boy. The hall monitor wasn’t happy that I didn’t order something or leave a tip today. I guess being a paying customer once a week is not enough. I guess tipping their staff isn’t enough.
Not sure if the franchise owner deserves all of this new found business from Tesla owners.
Restroom unavailable I might have bought something here but the restroom policy keeps me from spending money here. There are 24+ teslas on the parking lot and they want to limit who can come inside GFY. Learn how to capitalized on a captive audience. Horrible business sense.

This is the worst subway location the most recent time the toppings were so skimpy (5 pickles, 8 olives?!) and the bread has definitely gotten smaller? One time I paid for a sub and I went in to pick it up and they were shut down because of water line broke so I didn't get a refund or a sandwich. That should've been my cue to never order from here again I guess
