I walked in the door and the lady said what you want. I was waiting for somebody else and I said I’m waiting for somebody else. How are you doing? She ignored me. I was talking about how wonderful of a driver looking and she just ignored me so I walked out. She was very rude. I was coming in for lunch. I didn’t leave with anything.

My sister went in to order and only came here because we had a coupon for 2 footlongs at the price of $13.99. I wasnt inside at the time but this guy, named Grant i think(it was hard to read the chicken scratch name tag he had on), had told my sister she couldn’t use the coupon at this specific location because one of our sandwiches had bacon on it. Mind you nowhere on the menu did it say that and there were no signs indicating this just thinking he didn’t want to do his job. She had come out upset so I had went in to get a refund. Guy told me the same bull excuse and i said none of the other locations have this policy. I asked for a refund and he refused so i then asked to speak to a manager or get a managers phone number which he also refused. Told him paying $30 for 2 sandwiches was ridiculous and again asked for a refund and was starting to get a bit upset. He walked to the back and called someone and came back and magically was able to use the coupon and give us a refund. Made us pay again which was ridiculous but whatever. Then when I asked for the refund receipt he refused so i demanded a picture and he only let me take a picture of the original receipt. Currently waiting on a refund.

The lady who attended me today was a total disrespect. She left me hanging and passed me to another guy, saying she was going to take a break, but what she really did was keep helping the people who came after me. I was clearly telling her what I wanted and she didn’t listen or even try to understand. I myself said that my English is not perfect and I apologized, and she came back at me saying she doesn’t know any Spanish. That woman must have drunk vinegar today because she was extremely rude. Lady, I won’t say more of what I think, but I’m very clear that I won’t be coming back there.

June 1st I was visiting from out of town and the older lady with blonde hair was working and the moment I walked in I didn't get greeted with a hello instead was told I have a lot of online orders ahead of you it's going to be a while. I was ok with that so my 11 year old son and I started filling up our water bottles and she leaves helping her customer to come tell us that she just mopped the floor because a couple of pieces of ice dropped. I turned and walked out. Don't go to this location go to Eastern and Windmill.

This store does not accept national coupons and I just checked the reviews and some people are saying the same thing. The guy there does not have good customer service because the atmosphere is tense. I told the guy I was going to use a coupon and he said they accept coupons. I asked why. He said that this store is a franchise, not a corporation which doesn't make any sense

This location supposedly don’t accept nationally printed coupons you get in the mail. This is the first time I’ve heard of such a thing, why isn’t there an option to leave negative stars!!! This location is the S Maryland location in Vegas

I don’t live in that area I just happen to stop by to get something to share at a small gathering. The first lady gave me a hard time making me feel she didn’t understand what I was saying as English is not my first language however Ruth ended up taking my order; she made the diference as I felt like walking out, she was so nice and helpful, she took her time to make sure I got what I wanted, suggesting and making sure I had what I needed, again I don’t live on that area but hope everyone that walks in that location has a nice and lovely experience as I did. RUTH IS HER NAME!! 🥰 thank you Ruth!

Went to this subway not sure if she is the manger/owner but if she is what a racist lady and thats not how a business should be ran what a dissapointment. If your Hispanic please dont come here your only going to find yourself with racism only.

Honestly I love subway it’s one of my comfort places for a sandwich to go to, I ordered a sandwich off of the DoorDash app, and when it arrived at my door I grabbed the bag and it was lady covered with greasy oil. When I went to
Open my sandwich it was a mess my bread was smothered in mustard and everything was falling out of my sandwich. When I called the store to let them know what happened the gentlemen on the phone was nice however wasn’t really apologetic very much. When I gave him my information he didn’t really seem to be paying attention to what I was even saying and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me like he didn’t want to hear anything I said. Very rude tbh, all I asked for was a small simple sandwich and I couldn’t even get that. Very dissatisfied with my service and will never come back here again.

We visited Subway as a group of 10+ people, including both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. There was only one worker, and she seemed overwhelmed. She was rude and mixed up some of our orders. Although there was plenty of bread in storage, not everyone got their preferred choice. We also noticed a full tray of veggie patties, but she didn’t offer them to everyone. Despite the service issues, the food was excellent. However, the experience could have been much better with friendlier and more organized service.

Worst subway. Unfortunately I still use the location because I charge my Tesla here. The manager is extremely rude every time I see her in there. To me, her employees, other customers. I literally don’t know how the employees handle her. She makes a big issue out of things that aren’t even an issue. She should probably find a job that doesn’t involve conversing with customers in any capacity. The younger workers know what customer service looks like.

Very nasty customer service the little old lady told me she wasn't gone make my sandwich the way I wanted then told me to hold on before telling her what to put on my sandwich if I wasn't hungry I would have told them to take they sandwiches an shove them very racist attitude and that's not becoming for a business like Subway
