Placed an order for pickup, clearly asked for “extra extra pickles” I was given 6 total. I even tipped. When I came to pick up the order the worker was rude. Definitely will be going to another location in the future even if it’s further away. I tried calling the store before writing this review and no answer so here we are.

Worst service. There were only two staffs and the younger lady was very rude. She got angry with my 89 yr. old mother in law because she placed another order and embarrassed her in front of other people. That will be the first and last time that I'll go to that location or Subway.

To the franchise owner,
I work close by and frequent this location often for lunch. The workers are extremely quick and friendly, the food is always fresh and tasty, and the prices/rewards program are very fair. I write this message to ask a huge favor, not for myself, but for my co worker. You see, he was diagnosed with the Celiac disease not long ago. He cannot have gluten anymore. He misses having Subway for lunch. That delicious, foot long Italian Hot Shot, toasted. He yearns for it. Would you consider stocking some gluten free bread so he can return and get his beloved sandwich? You would make this young man’s entire year if you did. He will visit often. So will I. We love Subway. Thank you for any consideration to the matter- your biggest fans.

Worst experience ever! The manager that was on duty 9/9/2024 at 1pm should be fired immediately! This lady was the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever came across! She literally threw my sandwich on the ground in a rage because she had to redo my sandwich! And then she had the nerve to demand i pay for the sandwhich they messed up on!
I don't know where or why subway would hire someone like this is beyond me,I guess their just desperate for anyone! But what a terrible representation and image of subway! If I was the owner I would fire this person day 1!

Recently order a footlong sub online through Subways website. When me and my husband had gone to pick it up we stood in the "Express Pickup" line. Normally express/pick-up orders doesn't require you to wait 10-15 mins in line when the food was already made and ready to be handed to us in the bag which we could clearly see on top of the counter from the line we were standing in. There wasn't very many people in subway that day either. The older female worker rudely ignored us while we stood there waiting for her to hand us our already made subway sandwich. Keyword being "ready." That type of slow, rude customer service shouldn't be tolerated anywhere. We were standing in line for so long my husband was tempted to just grab the bag with our food in it himself from the counter but instead chose to patiently keep waiting when we shouldn't have had too since our food was clearly ready for us to take home. A worker who was obviously on break reached over the counter to hand our food directly to us since her older coworker who was still on the clock, refused to do it herself. It's rude emplyoees like that who shouldn't even have a job in customer service let alone be working in the food industry

Poor cleanliness. No longer will i eat at this subway. Employee rinsed hands for 1.5 seconds using NO soap and then asked me what she could help me with. I said, "No thanks, i just watched you wash your hands without using soap." Then i walked out.
That is nasty. You work with food, with your hands, This is very basic, but a very important step. You know better! 7.10.24, 1800hrs.

The two guys that work there are amazing, a mistake happened with my subs and they were quick to fix it. Never got the names but this is my go to subway always. Thank you!

I dont recommend this subway
3 workers and of the 3 there is no one, I felt like I was in the DMV from the movie Zootopia, and one of the women was very rude. Now I understand why the place was alone.

To the owner, Customer service needs some attention employees want to rush you through your order and then when you bring something to there attention they want to argue with the customer.
