Worst experience ever! The manager that was on duty 9/9/2024 at 1pm should be fired immediately! This lady was the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever came across! She literally threw my sandwich on the ground in a rage because she had to redo my sandwich! And then she had the nerve to demand i pay for the sandwhich they messed up on!
I don't know where or why subway would hire someone like this is beyond me,I guess their just desperate for anyone! But what a terrible representation and image of subway! If I was the owner I would fire this person day 1!

Recently order a footlong sub online through Subways website. When me and my husband had gone to pick it up we stood in the "Express Pickup" line. Normally express/pick-up orders doesn't require you to wait 10-15 mins in line when the food was already made and ready to be handed to us in the bag which we could clearly see on top of the counter from the line we were standing in. There wasn't very many people in subway that day either. The older female worker rudely ignored us while we stood there waiting for her to hand us our already made subway sandwich. Keyword being "ready." That type of slow, rude customer service shouldn't be tolerated anywhere. We were standing in line for so long my husband was tempted to just grab the bag with our food in it himself from the counter but instead chose to patiently keep waiting when we shouldn't have had too since our food was clearly ready for us to take home. A worker who was obviously on break reached over the counter to hand our food directly to us since her older coworker who was still on the clock, refused to do it herself. It's rude emplyoees like that who shouldn't even have a job in customer service let alone be working in the food industry

Poor cleanliness. No longer will i eat at this subway. Employee rinsed hands for 1.5 seconds using NO soap and then asked me what she could help me with. I said, "No thanks, i just watched you wash your hands without using soap." Then i walked out.
That is nasty. You work with food, with your hands, This is very basic, but a very important step. You know better! 7.10.24, 1800hrs.

The two guys that work there are amazing, a mistake happened with my subs and they were quick to fix it. Never got the names but this is my go to subway always. Thank you!

3 workers and of the 3 there is no one, I felt like I was in the DMV from the movie Zootopia, and one of the women was very rude. Now I understand why the place was alone.

To the owner, Customer service needs some attention employees want to rush you through your order and then when you bring something to there attention they want to argue with the customer.

I like Subway for what it is. I prefer other sandwich shops, but it's quick, and I can order online and pickup quick when I'm on a short break at work. Inflation has made it not exactly worth it, honestly speaking, but food is pricey no matter where you eat. At least this place gives you veggies.
Vegetarian options: Add all the veggies you want. Salads or on a sandwich or wrap. Easy to customize.
Dietary restrictions: Easy to customize your options so you don't have to add sodium or anything high in fat or carbs.I wish they had a healthier wrap alternative; like a spinach wrap would be nice.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is a disaster! I order through the app and what was delivered was nothing short of horrible! Took it back to the store and was met by the shift lead with a terribly rude and condescending attitude. She wouldn't remake the order, so a refund was granted. 0/10 do not recommend this location and I will never return again.

Came in January 14th at 5:10pm not sure either workers name but I kindly asked the girl working (thicker, long black nails, hair in pony tail brown with blonde pieces in front) to change her gloves and keep it seperate from the meat as I was vegetarian she was immediately rude rolled her eyes then proceeded to touch the chicken then my sandwich and proceeded to grab the cheese for mine then said I asked if you could please do my separate and not containment it with meat. She rudely said okay and continued to be extremely careless with the meat touching my sandwich. She then asked the other worker “to deal with us”. He was kind and helped with no issues but she was extremely out of line. Its not an out of pocket request and I’ve never had someone be so disrespectful about it and refuse to help us and made the other worker ring up our food.

Poor customer service, rushing to take the order when there was no other customer than me and my son. Bad attitude from the attendants. Upset when we asked for more vegetables. Not good service at all. We walked out without the sandwiches.
