Multiple times I've ordered here and they claimed "the card didn't go through" even though I showed them it came out of my account for that exact amount to them. I've reached out to their district manager regarding it and she just stops responding and does nothing. They're playing games with me and I've spoken with others who had similar experiences.

The quality is definitely going downhill at this location. They just pretty much throw your sandwich together without a care in the world, and some things are never available. My favorite is the broccoli and cheese soup but they NEVER have it or they tell you straight up they aren’t making anymore. That’s wild.. but at least they are honest I guess. Anyway we ordered some sandwiches and when we picked them up they were so soggy that the sandwich literally fell apart in the bag. It was terrible. I called and spoke to someone and at first she didn’t really want to remake them but when I asked her would it be possible to just remake them tonight she obliged. She wasn’t really nice about it but I didn’t care as long as she remade what I paid for. They should do better. It’s literally making a sandwich. The easiest thing to do, so I’m not sure how you mess that up. & please bring back the broccoli and cheese soup!

Everything at this location is amazing. They listen to what you want, they're always friendly & the food is always delicious & hot. However. No one in there wears a hairnet or really any type of protective hairstyles. The gentleman working here today had his hair rubbing all over the tops of the salt & pepper shakers. My stomach is in knots, but thankfully the other employee made our sandwiches. And she at least had her hair in a bun. Good start, I guess. It's just weird to me that when I used to volunteer at the homeless shelter, I was required to wear a hairnet at all times during my shift. And those meals were free. People are overpaying for these sandwiches. The least you could do is restrain your hair. It's nasty as hell.

I ordered and not all my order was delivered. I paid in full and it’s upsetting that I didn’t get what I had paid for. Don’t recommend delivery I’d go into the subway at this point.

I ordered on the 22nd of October and still have not received my refund for the store giving my order to the wrong dasher I had to reorder with no refund so I paid $40 for 2 sandwhiches & everytime I order online they mess up my sandwhiches & everytime I order extra Mayo the sandwhich is still dry.

One worker and she is a racist (10 minutes ago, I was here). She skipped me to take care of a Mexican man and they spoke in Spanish. When asked how how is the wait, she replied “one hour” and continue to help the Mexican man. She should have already had made the food for the Ubereats pickup prior to. Her customer service needs training.
