I went this morning to pick up an online order before I went on a hike. Open it up and there's a long blond hair wrapped all around my spinach. Disgusting make your staff contain their hair and give me a refund please and thank you

Very unpleasant experience here as a customer. Walked in to order and just wanted to wash my hands before ordering I was rudely handled as worker said restroom is for customers only, well I am a customer who works outside and simply wanted to wash my hands before ordering. As I asked again for the key she attempted to say she couldn’t find it, the key literally was right next to her. Very poor service and seemingly a problem with people of color.

I hate to be this person but whoever trained the guy working at night tonight set this guy up for failure. He’s not trained at all or at least how to handle orders and cleanliness.
I placed an online order said it would be ready at 10:30, it’s currently 11:03 and I’m still waiting.
And as he’s getting orders in and people walking in he’s laughing about it. I can tell he’s stressed tf out. When another person comes in, instead of jumping in to get the orders through she’s cleaning instead. Clearly she moves faster than him so she should have taken over the orders and had him clean.
I worked at the subway at the Gold Coast and I was about to jump in and take over.

Got my order at 11:10. The sandwiches are a mess….one of them aren’t toasted and missing bacon and cheese. The other sandwich has a sprinkle of chicken.
I’ve had some bad experiences at subway and this has to be the top worst.

Arrived at the drive thru and was notified they were out of bread, no broccoli and cheese soup as well. My sandwich was really disappointing. My ingredients were all wrong. Asked for a chicken teriyaki sub and received just chicken.

Seems as if you can’t order what you want.. because they tell you what you’re going to get..
I ordered a 6” and got a foot long.. also was told I can’t get lettuce on my nachos.. 🤔 smh

Steer clear!! We ordered some sandwiches today, big mistake!!! It took the young man and woman over 30 minutes to make a couple footlongs, mind you were were the only customers in the store. The sandwiches were some of the worst I have ever consumed in my life! There was hardly any meat or toppings and the sandwiches were not even cut. The service was probably worse than the sandwiches...we were being ignored and treated like we had inconvenienced the employees. Either this was done on purpose or it shows complete incompetence. I would advise you to go to any other Subway! Seriously, stay away from this store!!!

Literally gave me the wrong order and wouldn’t refund me even after bringing it immediately back. The cashier could’ve cared less and said there wasn’t a manager. I’m not a Karen but come on man

Be careful seems like in order to make a profit this store puts less material (Meat) in their sandwiches. I ordered a small chicken chipotle and answer they put the meat on it I had an inch left on both that was totally empty so your first bike is nothing but fun and then they wanted to charge me extra to put more meat on them I wrote corporate I haven't got a response from them yet and I doubt I will go. I don't know if this is for all subways but this one on Blue diamond and cimarron has done that to me a couple of times

They take 15 to make a single sandwich. They’re also always out of something. Ridiculous. I come to this subway because I live two minutes away. You’re better off going to another subway because they take so long to make a sandwhich. They’re also so disorganized. They have people waiting in line for such a long time while they make the pickup orders. Absolutely ridiculous.

I order the same sandwich every time
This one had a lot less rotisserie chicken, than normal no flavor. Same dressing was usual sweet onion on footlong flatbread.
