I’m writing to share disappointment after a recent visit to 3370 S Hualapai Las Vegas, NV 89117. I ordered a wrap, and unfortunately, it was poorly made. It was loosely made roll not wrapped, ingredients were falling out the sides, and the whole thing was nearly impossible to eat without making a mess. It honestly felt like the staff weren’t trained on how to properly prepare a wrap.
I’ve always appreciated Subway for the ability to customize my meals, but if the final product isn’t put together well, it really takes away from the experience. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and ensure your team is trained to assemble wraps that are tightly rolled, evenly filled, and easy to eat.

tried again 10/28/25 2L30pm stay away from this location. foul tasting food veggie patty wrap made me sick. they do not know what a wrap is. they roll it up. Bye Bye Subway!

I have the tuna at Subway in Thousand Oaks, CA on Wilbur Rd and it is REALLY deliciously scrumptious and the bread is REALLY, REALLY FRESH. Not so much for the tuna OR the bread on Hualapai. Two out of three times the bread was LESS than fresh and the tuna was REALLY DISGUSTING, it tasted as I IMAGINE cat food might taste, which is a NASTY thought🤬 I put on a TON of jalapeños and Tabasco which kind of counter balanced the saltiness, but the tuna HERE is just NASTY. I expected it to be as delicious as it is in CA, which is disappointing because the Nevada location is MUCH more convenient. Especially just for a togo for lunch I WISH that Hualapai would use SOLID WHITE tuna, I truly do 🙏 BUT, those white chocolate, macadamia cookies are DIVINELY DELICIOUS, I COULD, but will NOT eat the entire display case, thank you very much 💕

I ordered a sandwich for pickup, toasted. It was ice cold and the bread was so stale it turned to crumbs in my hand. Quite disappointed, this location is usually really good.

Second time of the last three times I've been at this place that the bread wound up being day old and crusty and hard. I don't know if it's your general policy to always use day-old bread, but this is getting really old.

Food was excellent people calm and relaxing. We ordered to go so we can enjoy at home. Thank you Subway on Hualapai 3370! Definitely consider visiting again.
It's been a while since we have eaten at Subway, and we would like to go back, and hopefully, they will have the buy one get one at fifty percent off.

Ordered online through Uber Eats. Received cold cuts sandwich instead of bowl and the steak and cheese wrap I got fell apart, wasn't wrapped right and steak wasn't distributed right either. Very careless service.

I haven't visited a Subway restaurant in years. The sandwich I ordered was good and their menu seems better than before. However, for a large sandwich I feel the price is too high for the amount of ingredients you receive. Other shops provide a larger portion for less money except Jersey Mike's.
