Sunday evening. 7:30pm. Only one person working. The poor woman is swamped. Who ever owns this place ought to be in here helping.

Been to this location 6 times this past month. 1st time it was a young man who did great including costumer service. The 2nd and 3rd time was a Spanish lady at 5 am both times was rude, impatient and just not happy to be there. 4th time came at 5 am on a Sunday, doors were locked, two homeless people were inside and the worker was there which was a male looks more Caucasian than Latino. Told us they’re “ closed” when subway is 24 hours. 5th time was a different Spanish lady a little older, probably her first day but I was there for 30 mins just to get a sandwich made. And the 6th time actually ordered it through the app I added “ double meat” recieved the order and it was messy as if it was a chopped salad rolled up with 4 pieces of meat. Disappointing. The next location by the boulevard mall , young lady at 5 am made my sandwich and it was perfect, she was kind and approachable.

My experience with these ladies it's always pleasant ☺️ but I'm going to have to stop going to Subway. I have a coupon for 13.99 BUT I COULDN'T USE IT, According to Subway the Titan Turkey is one of the sandwiches you can't use the 13.99 coupon for, because it's double turkey. If I'm not allowed to use my coupon I don't need to return. I paid 28.00 for my sandwiches. Subway your cooperation needs to change that. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

I ordered a salad through DoorDash. I received a bowl full of vegetables, stuff J didn’t ask for and NO LETTUCE!! Not only that I got a spoon to eat with. Now I have to go to the store myself, so I spent $22 for a salad that I had to take back. Then I get there and the associate laughs???? Then he says oh you want some lettuce or what? No I need my salad made over because even the veggies are wrong. He proceed to make the worst salad ever. I am so pissed! And the goofy little girl sitting in the store laughing, check your cameras I’m sure they didn’t pay. Subway at 2592 S Maryland around 2:50 am. But no worries, I’ll be calling as soon as you open. I want my money back too.

Terrible service today!. I normally got to this location it's near my job. Today was horrible! I forgot her name but she is the Manager there along side the pretty heavy set lady. The associate the (PHL) made my sandwiches, she always makes good sandwiches and is friendly to all customers. when she goes to ring me up she is having a problem putting in my coupons that Subway sends to me in the system. She ask for the Manager assistance who was on a personal call. She came up trying to input my credit card when she noticed that the system was off they couldn't take credit cards. I had to leave and come back in this Las Vegas heat to get cash. Once I got back she was ringing my sale up and got confused and irrated because she couldn't discount the food probably to the coupon. She should not be a Manager she never smiles and is unfriendly with the customers and she can't handle a crisis in the store. The (PHL) normally helps me and her service is geninue not fake it comes naturally she is the same every time I go in. She needs to be the Manager! The Manager at the present time is not productive in giving and maintaining customer service.
Okay so maybe I didn’t visit at the best time but when I entered the establishment there were two clearly homeless people with their belongings just sleeping at one of the tables. Which in itself isn’t the biggest turn off since here in Vegas we all live and work around the less fortunate however what really blew a fuse for me was the fact that the “system was down” and I waited for 20 minutes before even placing my order. But wait, after politely waiting 20 minutes to place my order the server didn’t even attempt to wave in my direction to let me know the system was back up, instead I only realized after the right amount of time passed and a second customer pulled up, strolled in and began ordering. So I ordered my subs and I have no complaints on the sandwiches, I also tried the new footlong cookie and I highly recommend. Last drawback, I tipped the server since Las Vegas is a tip city and a lot of our service workers rely on that added income. I didn’t feel comfortable tipping cash due to the man that had be straggling around the entire 30 minutes I was at the establishment or the two homeless people who were sleeping at the time. So I tipped on my card, and after tipping I asked the worker if the tips went directly to them, as they were on duty by themselves! They informed me that unfortunately the tips go to their checks and Subway takes a hefty percentage of their tips. I’m not sure what I’m upset at with this review and all in all I would return. Just wanted to make those small callouts known to people visiting the location after midnight as I’m sure you will face a similar experience.
