Unfortunately we were attended by a worker named Daniela and the service was horrible. Not only was she wearing long nails and lots of rings, she had airpods and got my order wrong and had an attitude the whole time. The food was cold and the service was not it.

Horrible service I submitted a order online during lunch for 5 subs at 1:30 it’s 2:30 I’m inside the subway and food is not ready yet I came in at 2:03 and was told it’s not ready the service is just horrible first and last time at this location

I come here often and the food never disappoints. The atmosphere is nice and the service is always solid. The girl with the green hair and the nose piercing is great she’s attentive, chill, and makes sure everything’s good. Definitely one of my favorite spots.

Went in for salami sandwich. Doesn’t have a salami sandwich on menu so I told girl I just want salami and she said she can’t do that. I was like what???? Girl said manager will be mad, again I asked what??? I come all the time no problem. First time dealing or seeing this girl that acted like she was on drugs. Homeless people laying outside, and sitting in lobby. Half way putting salami on sandwich I say for get it, i don’t know what she talking about so she takes the salami she already put on sandwich off and back into salami bin and puts bread back in case. So unsanitary. As I walk out, guy walks in. I get to my car and he’s looking at me coming out, says that girl has attitude problem. Won’t be back

I had the most difficult service this morning I don’t speak Spanish so the new lady assumed that I was giving her attitude for what reason smh she then get upset with me because of a misunderstanding I was taking back after a regular Spanish server there “mind you she doesn’t know any English”comes and tell the other lady I’ll be giving her attitude too When the whole time me coming there, I never had a problem with this regular lady only thing I told her was to take off her bracelet because it was rubbing on my food so the other lady that I never seen gets really upset so I’m telling the lady I’m so sorry about the misunderstanding because I never had a attitude or problems being a Regular customer until these two popped up I think she was having a bad day

We went in tonight 03/30/25 @about 12:20 am and Sandra lady with black hair and red lipstick gave us the worse customer service experience ever . So we are usual customers of this place and all the other ladies are amazing . We presented a coupon to Sandra it was a footlong meal coupon , for 9.99 & we proceeded to show her the coupon it was a valid coupon and expired 5/3/25 when we gave it to her she scanned it and it didn’t work we explained to her this has happened before and the lady usually inputs the coupon number. She said she couldn’t do anything and couldn’t offer me the coupon or even manually apply coupon we have had other coupons manually put it and it worked . She said she was not going To apply it manually and said we had to pay full price . Not to mention Sandra had her earphones on the whole time we were asking for help , worst service ever I hope a manager can reach us back and give us better customer service then Sandra offered me tonight . We are regulars and we have never been treated like that she simply didn’t care at all and shurgged her shoulders .
