This place processed $40 for a pick-up order I never received. I placed the order through their app. They never even accepted because they were closed when the order was placed. But they charged my debit card the next day!!! No one picks up the phone when you call either. Despicable!!!!!!!!!!!! Will never go there!!!!!

I ordered a 6in tuna on wheat and tried the new foot long pretzel. The wheat bread was hard not fresh which makes no sense. Then after I paid for everything I had to ask where’s the cheese for the pretzel he said oh we don’t have any then when I opened it it had no one salt granule on it. The only good thing was the bottle of Coca Cola

I have severe food allergies and the Subway team at this location has been so helpful and accommodating. Alex and Amelia helped me out most recently and they are as friendly and kind as the others! A special shout out to Makenna and Aniyah for also being awesome sandwich artists! The food is always so fresh! I come here every other day. I always somehow get this one girl that just throws my sandwich together in 1 second and doesn't care at all. Doesn't even listen half the time when I'm telling her what to put on the sandwich you guys suck. Won't be coming back!

Always ask for the food from the walk in. They rewrite their labels with new times and dates so that it looks like they are compliant with their food life times but that tuna has likely been changed 2 or 3 times after the original expired shelf life date. Don't even get me started about their eggs or veggies patties. Over all eat with caution. If their ham is not pink, its not fresh. If the turkey starts looking white, don't eat it. If their roast beef startin to look metallic, good luck. The chicken strip are always odd smelling. They do anything to save money and never waste out food which is impossible if your actually tracking it right. Soggy tomatoes, soggy lettuce, soggy spinach. They rarely wash the knives after using them.Its appalling what they allowed

This review is in hopes it reaches management !This girl right here, ALEX is the only one in your restaurant. She has over 10 orders when I walked in the door, and she still had a smile on her face! She still greets everyone, and makes everyone know they have been seen. She is the only one here, but still busting her a** to get the job don. She didn’t get to my pickup order in time, made my order and she made the other customer inside. Most stores or employees would have ignored front or pick up. I hope you see how great of an employee you have here. She deserves some sort of appreciation from you guys. Bonus, giftcard, a raise! Something. But I walked in today and was amazed at how great this employee is , and I deal with a lot of horrible employees in fast food! Don’t let a good employee feel like they’re not appreciated, because she is rocking your store! With out her this store would suck! Good job Alex!

Ordered ahead because I had a very small amount of time to grab my lunch. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt with spinach. I get there, ready to grab it, only to find out that they haven't made it yet because their toasters broken, but they can warm it in the microwave. Ok, whatever...Oh, and we have no spinach ... or bacon. Well, I don't have time to figure out anything else, so I had them make it with the few ingredients they did have, but seriously, how does a sandwich place not have a working toaster or spinach or bacon?

Wow, this place is such a mess. I ordered pickup today and the sandwich they gave me was pitiful. I was supposed to have Parmesan and provolone. I received neither. I also only received 4 meatballs on my six inch sub. My sandwich was mostly bread and sauce. They also forgot to toast the sandwich. Just horrible all around. I'll never come back here. I'm pretty sure that's the employees intentions to be honest. You could tell they didn't want to be there. I used to come here before I moved and it was great. Idk what happened here. I was hoping it was a fluke, but these other reviews look pretty bad too.
