At 12 Dollars for a 6 inch you can provide damn napkins beyond the two you are giving with the sandwich....
Bathroom is locked and unavailable to wash your hands.

I came in after a long day of work and taking the bus in this heat. The young man who served me was nice. He made my sandwich to order of course. While sitting eating, I watched a man walk in and ask for water and the woman training the man said no, they didn’t have water. Maybe she was judging by the persons appearance and seeing he was possible homeless, he was still respectful. He then asked for some ice in a cup at least, to cool down water he had. She said no again. He sat for a while. I offered him a water but he just needed some ice for HIS water, or a cup or cold water. I had a decent experience until this interaction, which turned me off. It’s Nevada and 95 degrees and they wouldn’t even let him get a cup of water. I’m sad in humanity.

I really appreciate The Lady who works here at night. She is very kind and friendly. She treats the customers with respect. I don't know her name but she is awesome 😎 👏 also the restaurant is clean and nicely

Food was great. Experience was Questionable.
It doesn't look good to be playing extremely Christian music in a food establishment and then be actively unkind to Homeless/Those less fortunate.

Could not process simple comp from casino. Casino player club was good, but Starbucks was crummy. Had to go from coffee shop to players club 3 times. Cashiers at bucks could not speak and understand English. Sandwich and caffe subpar. Very noisy and uncomfortable atmosphere. Uncomfortable chairs. Very long wait time for simple transactions. Not many sandwiches in deli case. Saw worker pick their nose and not wash their hands,

This subway does not do the daily promotion. They like to price their food very high. They do offer courtesy water to their customers, even in the hot Las Vegas summet.

The girl with the scarf in her head has a very nasty attitude she your corporate should definitely speak to her about it it’s 11:15 June 17 yea y’all need to fix that

The reason I put this complaint in is that im an Area director for a subway franchise in arizona and as a bilingual .....Few girls behind baine with name badge missing....they assumed i didn't understand them while talking each other but also to a a non bilingual customer about the cookie she wants to purchase which was from yesterday and not fresh. We still ordered food due to me having a gift card. I run many locations and this service will have h making ans breakingthe brand..... The bread and meat were not bad but the bread was under cooked some and 1 min to your bake and need a color wheel to show staff but cookie was hard and from early early this morning from 6am if not late last night.. Which isn't fresh for night shift. Do better this is why we are a failing brand. Also the other location is visited today in Nevada had Same issues.... especially customer service. Another big issue did not suggest nachos. Nachos profit is 3.80 compared to our footlong at 1.50. Make money to pay your staff by suggestion nachos and bills as a franchise.... nachos sell if you advertise it..

If I could give O stars, I would!!! First of all, how do you NOT have provolone cheese??!! U proceeded to put shredded cheese on my food that I didn’t realize u were doing. I said: NO! U only had American & Pepper Jack! 2nd, HOW could you serve OLD bread????!!!! This is what makes the sandwich!! The bread falls apart before you can even bite it! 3rd, where is the tuna??? He barely put tuna on the bread!! How dare him!! The soda was nasty!! I selected Mountain Dew only to get a cherry taste with carbonation & yellow color!! This is the WORST Subway EVER!! Paradise is a busy area! So why isn’t the food fresh?? Stay Away from this location!! I spent $25 on this garbage! And I called the store & no one answered! But I left you a message! Close these doors!! Food is too expensive to receive GARBAGE!!

Stay away from this Subway. They claimed both restrooms broken even for paying customers. Service was bad and prices were inflated even for being near the strip.

[20MAR25] wanted a sdandwich for dinner and subway is my go to. I'm weirderds out that ther servers would not make the sub by default recipe instead asks everything 😁. Overall it's fine

False advertising the sub say build your own but there is a rationed amount of each veggie. I asked for extra lettuce and she gave me some sprinkles when I asked for more she said that’s it… which is crazy because subway is a “make your own sub” type of restaurant. Just came to visit but I would return if I was local.
