Avoid at all cost made an online order and for some reason it said pick up at 11 am got charged and the person inside the store did not even care to help me at all or make my sandwiches until 11

So disappointed I order a salad a pay extra for meatballs and adding provolone cheese and my mistake was not looking inside I trust my order was right but not the bowl wasn’t having what I pay for.

Every time I go the older Hispanic lady always asks me a hundred questions about my pick up order, questioning if it’s mine. Like lady you’ve made my sandwich 4x now and you still want to profile me is crazy??
I wish they never closed the other Cheyenne location because this one isn’t up to par
Typical subway food and atmosphere, but the sandwich artist we usually get is great.
Ordered a footling roast beef sub on app for pick up. Last time I didn't look inside sub but couldn't taste any meat. Today I ordered extra roast beef. Got home and found a small sliver of roast beef. (not even enough for reg portion let alone the extra I paid for) Called store several times and of course no answer.
Staff were really friendly. My order was a bit complicated but they staff were patient. Overall I would recommend this location .
Our food was overly toasted and barely anything on it. The paper that my sub was burnt and crispy. When we went into the location, our bags were thrown on the bottom even though my last name starts with a L. Both my husband and I ordered the Boss. The picture is what my sub looked like when I got it home. This location lacks care and quality in their subs.

My daughter & myself went in for a sandwich on 6-27-24 I’m evening time & the 2 guys that were there were real rude !!!! They barely talked & 1 of them complained that customers were coming in & he couldn’t make his lunch . No eye contact they both looked real angry . I will not be returning to this subway .

Don’t even bother coming here place has horrible workers who seem to close 1.5 hours early. Last time I came the worker at the counter also seemed like he didn’t care one bit as he wouldn’t listen and would even put many if any veggies on the sub don’t waste your time here. Batter off going to a different sandwich shop

The guys that work there, I found out they are brothers, one is more skinny than the other. That guy (skinny one) is VERY RUDE!
I asked for no bacon and put turkey in my sub, not as a substitute, just add it too, and he said "we can't change the ingredients of a number sub" and as far as I know yes they can. There is even a paper there on the wall that says "you choose your number and we can take care as you want" or something like that. So, then I said to him ok, then I want to change my sub for another number and he got so mad that he started to throw the stuff he had put on the first sub in the containers. That was my first red flag. Then, I pointed out about the cookies, they have them mixed up, and there is a Macadamia one, well; is a nut, and there are lots of people with nut allergies; my son is one of them; we wanted raspberry/white chocolate but they were on top and under the macadamias. I explained to him that it was a health hazard and he got angry. He told me that the vendors told them to display them like that and that they couldn't change anything and that the raspberry ones had nuts in it, so be quiet! What! I told him "no they don't," and he kept saying, " they do." I told him that we always bought those cookies because there is No Nuts and he kept saying" they do" like a 5 year old.
I got angry and said, "You guys can get sued if anyone with allergies gets sick or died." He put a smirk in his face and laughed at me and said,"Oh, we don't get sued, Subway doesn't get sued ever." I say, "Yes, it could! Is a health hazard!" So he walked to the register and said,"That's all?"
So I told my son, "Let's go, I don't need to deal with his attitude anymore," and he said, "Wait, you need to pay" and I said "No, we're leaving and I'm going to report you and this Subway".
Then I found out that those boys are the managers' sons... no wonder he put the smirk face and said, "we don't get sue."...news flash, I reported it... we'll see now.

Sergio who works there today is very rude. Rushing us to order and playing with the knife and slaming the oven. He needs to get fired. Never coming back to this subway and will let my friends know too. Bad customer service 100%!!!!!
