I dont understand how they say the close at 10pm. Today I went. there 9:40pm and the place is cleaned , all the food is put away and its locked, obviously closed. As a driver to go out of my way to get dinner and find out they so not honor their own working hours is a little frustrating

I’m highly upset because I came in a little before 9:30 and the lady told me she was closed. She was making a sandwich for another person so I don’t understand why she told me she was closed when they close at 10 and the door was not locked. I understand it’s the last hour but this was the only time I could take my lunch. All I wanted was a 6 inch.

"Purchase two meals" The restroom door accidentally locked. Subways associates couldn't or didn't want to unlock the restroom door. He ignored me. When I said my daughter needed to use the restroom, the door was locked.
