It's ok far as being clean. Got 3 subs and asked for a cup of water was told they don't have water ( first time I've ever been told by any restaurant they have no water ) and was upset I even asked for a cup of water

I couldn't add an order to my account and I tried calling customer service but couldn't get through

Ordered online. Came to pick up and my order was incomplete. She told me to cancel it but there is no way to cancel an order on the app once it has been made. She would not give me the partial order and said that she would cancel it. It is now 7 hours later and I'm back at the subway because she's unable to cancel it and I'm unable to cancel it because she marked it as made. So now I have no food, no refund, and I'm wasting my time because there is no one at the store that can fix it. Emily at this store absolutely should not be left alone to run the store.

The morning manager didn't let me know to put my phone number in last, and blamed me for her system shutting down, which she never said was down, made us wait 20 minutes without asking us if we wanted to pay cash or even offer us to pay when the system came back up. No communication at all, just letting us sit there and wait for our food to get cold. Then argued with my about our rewards/ points so I could get a discount.

Bad customer service, and the cashier had a bad attitude and we asked for the food to be heated, but the food was cold.

Been coming here for some time and the manager was always exceptional, we came here on a Monday during lunch, made a large online order, paid extra for all the fixings (and we tipped them) and when we get our bag none of it is right, we go in to fix it and a short, older, Hispanic woman behind the counter was extremely rude and told us to basically deal with it. If you wanna get what you actually pay for- don’t come here.

Just go to Sonic!!
The bread was hard and way too much mayo. The guy making it snatched the knife to cut it off of another workstation and cleaned it after he cut my sandwich. When he cut the sandwich, it wasn't even down the middle. you should have seen the look on his face when I said it was for dine-in. The cookies were worse! You can taste how old they are.

Food was very fresh but the bread was dry and didn't feel as soft as it should be. I asked for it to be toasted but it seems the toaster is not working properly since the bread was stale and slightly heated only.
