I am so disappointed with the service here. The girl who made my sandwich (short with brown hair) was so beyond rude and clueless. She acted like she didn’t know how to make a sandwich and when I asked for my toppings she didn’t listen and I kept having to repeat myself. I asked for shredded cheese and instead of saying we don’t have it she replied with a curt NO. The guy ended taking over our order and was visibly upset with her too. She didn’t cut the bread all the way through and smushed the bread as well with everything seeping out of it. With the prices now a days I would expect at least a small amount of effort but this was truly disappointing and disgusting behavior.

Brought in a couple that I received in the mail. This is the nearest Subway to me. They did not honor the coupon as written. Coupon says only excludes footlong snacks, Freshfit, TurHamKen, festive turkey, and 5 meat Italian.

Instead of honoring the coupon, they made me choose from the 5 basic subs, the cheapest ones made. At that point the coupon is worthless.

Do not come to this location to redeem local coupons.

I am a current Subway manager, so I am very familiar with how manufacturer coupons are supposed to be honored. At any Subway, these coupons can be used for any menu item (with the exception of roast beef, which has an upcharge).

When I visited this particular Subway, I was told the coupons were only valid for a very limited selection of “standard” sandwiches (cold cut, tuna, or black forest ham). That is not how these coupons are intended to be used, and refusing to honor them correctly is misleading to customers. When I politely explained this to the employee behind the counter, she was dismissive and rude.

This experience was frustrating, especially because I had my child with me and we ultimately had to go elsewhere. I have already reported this issue to corporate because limiting coupon use in this way is not consistent with Subway’s policy and is unfair to customers.

Not your usual Subway!

Literally counted how many olives I asked for ! Only 8 olives and 8 half-slices of the thinnest onion slivers on a $14 footlong sandwich. The Philippine older woman making my food was rude and very cheap with the toppings—literally counting every single veggie I asked for. It was time-consuming, tacky, and not what you expect from Subway. Definitely disappointing.

This subway is the worst experience I’ve ever had in food services. I walked in asking if I can purchase a sandwich, but without the bread, they said yes then she proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay extra. I asked well why should I pay extra when I’m getting less ingredients. I then told her that I was keto and I was trying to stay away from the carbs so I don’t eat bread. A gentleman stepped in and told me yeah we can accommodate you. However you’re going to have to pay extra cause it’s for a salad. I told him if I wanted a salad I would’ve asked for a salad. I don’t want a salad. I just want the sandwich style without bread. However, he decided instead of the polite and courteous and kind with the great customer service. Tell me that I was just being cheap because I didn’t wanna pay. I asked for his name. He said they don’t give out names. Then I asked for his manager name he said again we don’t give out names. I told him it was illegal for me to not be able to identify who I am speaking to when customer service. He told me I was a liar and I was banned from Subway. I was not able to get names, but I was able to get pictures of the staff members who I experienced this with.

I went to eat with my husband and two kids, I couldn't use the bathroom because customers weren't allowed to use it, the time was 6:15 pm, they didn't let us eat inside either, definitely the worst.

Just had a very unfortunate experience here today. I picked up a friend from surgery and she was hungry. I bring her over a chair from a table to sit in while she waits in line. My friend lets the lady know that her order will come from the app (which we do often) but there must have been a misunderstanding bc after the sandwich is made (with lots of extra veggies, veggies are free in the app? Idk about in store but extra spinach and extra bell peppers are free with the app) the lady starts freaking out because the app order placed didn’t have veggies on it. My friend doesn’t usually have to go through and add the free veggies when she places an app order in store, but the lady kept saying she has to make the app order exactly like how it says (annoying but okay whatever I understand) So we were like okay just cancel the app order and we’ll place it again. But the lady didn’t want to cancel the order and was really mad. I bring the chair over again to my friend so she can sit again bc it’s taking a while. Mind you the sandwich is already made a paid for. The lady is still mad so I told her that it seemed silly, but we don’t want her to have to work harder than she needs to, so like we can fix it. But she didn’t offer any solutions, she just makes a call to talk to someone about the situation and starts telling my friend shes not allowed to sit down, and the chair needs to be put back in its place even tho the situation wasn’t resolved yet. It seemed like she was being purposefully unreasonable. At first we thought maybe the lady’s bosses are just terrible to her and maybe it wasn’t the lady’s fault, but after we left, another woman told us that that lady was actually the owner and that she’s literally just terrible and stingy like that.

I'll never return to this establishment. They wouldn't redeem a coupon for my sandwich. Casinos have people who reserve the right to offer promotions and tell you when you arrive. If you want to redeem a coupon, this isn't the place to go. I just want to win. Never recommend it. Don't go there.

After spending 24 dollars on a 6 inch and a wrap
We were told we cannot have a water cup ,the employee said there location dose not give out water cups
And they did not have all the items available I asked about black olives and was told they won't be till Aug 6
Worst experience ever I even worked for 3 subway amongst my time no water cup smh
