Closed before 10 all lights off soon as I pulled in
If I could give -0 to this specific location for rudeness and bad service with employees.there is q lady that is works on the afternoon shift other ugly attitude no costumer service at all
The little lady here has thee worst customer service in the valley. If you don't pay for your meal first you are prohibited of cleaning up before eating your purchase. The worst in 4 years of being here!!!! POST IT!!!
The lady who is working right now on May 14th at 7:35pm is unbelievably rude and unaccommodating. I walked in and ordered my sandwich with a different employee who was very nice and patient with me while I figured out what it was I wanted to order. Once she made my sandwich I saw that I had a coupon on my app and I was trying to figure out how to use it. After a couple minutes the rude lady told the nice lady that she could go home. Now, as I’m still trying to figure out my coupon I asked the rude lady if she could help me and she said she has no clue how to use the app and that the coupon was probably for online orders only. So I asked if I could sit down while I placed the order online (I had to ask because all the chairs Were flipped upside down on top of all the tables) And I was also on crutches. She said no, and that it wasn’t her Decision, but it was her bosses and that she would get in trouble if I was to sit down because they were so close to closing. I said Miss, you guys close at 9 PM. Her reply was we close at 8:30. It’s posted on the door that they close at 9pm. Now remember it is 7:35 PM so not only are they an hour and a half before they close she’s trying to close in half hour earlier than is posted and it is still almost a full hour before they close even if she was correct so instead of letting me and my crippled leg sit down She decided to argue With me and told me that I could go place the order somewhere else because she was not able to help me with the code I asked to speak with her boss and that’s when the attitude started getting more aggressive and she said so there’s no one here right now except for me So I don’t know what to tell you I said you’re being very rude and you could be a little more accommodating and she goes. It’s not me. It’s the rules. So I told her not to worry about it and that I will be talking to her boss about this And she said go ahead and have a great day. I cannot believe the audacity of this lady to not let me sit down while I am on crutches let alone not even try to help me after my sandwich is already been made. I had the money to pay for it, but after an experience like that, I just left. This was absolutely incredible. That places allow people to do this. Worst customer service absolutely incredibly rude and the audacity to not let customers sit down an hour and a half before closing time.

wouldn’t let me use the bathroom even tho my fiancé was already ordering, told us that we had to pay first and she hadn’t even started the sandwich topping process (mind you i’m about to pee myself) and she was super rude, (an older asian lady) she had no hospitality skills, was rude the whole time, and was super skimpy on the toppings. by far the worst subway i’ve even been to.
*update 2 Nov* changing my review to one star, after going back to this location again last night, unfortunately, it was 9:00 p.m. on a Friday and according to the sign on their door they were open. A guy who was cleaning said that they had closed early because of an incident with the police. This is the second time in the last week where I stopped at this location and they were closed for no reason. As I was driving to another Subway my wife happened to call simply to ask about hours they were open, that's it. And the same guy (there was only two people cleaning one male and one female) who was working who had told me about why they were closed answered the phone screaming and yelling at my wife for no reason. I call this morning and after my first call they blocked my number so I had to call anonymously non-stop for 30 minutes just to get someone to finally pick up the phone who claimed to be the manager (maybe it was the same guy from last night and he finally took his medication to calm down) but honestly who knows if he is, and he said "no the person did not yell". So apparently the person that I've been married to for 20 years lied to me for no reason or the subway is a piece of crap. Just look at all the other reviews
I hate Nevada Day, it's the worst holiday in the world, you put a sign on your front door that you close at 6:00 p.m. that doesn't do me any good at 9p genius

Some white old dude is super rude he didn’t let my daughter use the restroom room he said customers only I told him I would pay for a water and refused my 11 year old daughter use the restroom and she had and restroom accident this happened on 10-24-2024 at 6:21 pm the only white old dude with no hair really disappointed

Very rude if you can avoid going to this subway do so. The Asian lady along with this other girl with a nose piercing act like they’re slow or something my mother in law asked for mustard on her sandwich the girl with the nose piercing put honey mustard on it after my mother in law kept saying no even I heard her saying no from sitting down yet she proceeded to put the honey mustard on her sandwich. They skimp you on veggies I had to ask for more 2 times. My MIL asked for more jalapeños on the side they REFUSED to give her any even when she offered to pay for them. Over all very poor costumer service LAZY. Rude and disgusting very disrespectful that Asian lady really needs to be fired. I see all these reviews with similar situation to ours and nothing has been done yet is MIND BLOWING.

Horrible Service, Hospitality, Attitude, People. Went in after having almost being hit by a car, person who almost hit us came in behind us which we had stated, we then were told that what we ordered was not applicable to coupons which the coupon does not state that the items we ordered were not valid we were rushed to pay while the person who almost hit us made comments about us hurrying and paying and was super close to my boyfriend while doing so. We were then then told to leave by assuming the manager after the person who almost hit us with their car shoved my boyfriend. They continued to help the guy who attacked us. As 2 people who work in hospitality these people need to learn.

Very disappointed regarding the situation faced there yesterday at the store I entered with my mother who's elderly she uses a cane we enter to oder food we already started the order choose bread type of the sandwich and etc... meanwhile ordering the sandwich i and therefore asked the employee if my mother can use the restroom or if we can get the password so she can enter she stated until she is done doing the sandwich and pay.At the time of the incident there we were the only customers in the store and there was no one behind us to order either and the lobby was empty, and there was two employees during the time the incident. I did ask the asian lady that was doing the sandwich if she can let the other employee open the door for my mother she refused the let the employee to open the door she stated no until the sandwich is done and we pay. Then subway should have a sing that states NO RESTROOM FOR CUSTOMERS. I usually come to this location to get my food but I would not be coming no longer here because they refuse to open the restroom door for my mother who's elderly.
Actually just terrible. How that old dude Keith is allowed to own a store is beyond me. Must be daddy’s money and a lack of care from corporate. He is very rude and very crooked.
