Owner is racist. And doesn’t care about customer service. Couldn’t even get an extra slice of tomato on my sandwich. Very rude and drains you mentally after having a hard day at work and you just want to be treated with respect for service you pay for. Food was -5/10 and the portions they add don’t fill you up.

I called in to place an order for pickup and the owner just picked up the phone and stated to do it online then hung up. When I tried to place an order online most of the product was not available. When I called back the owner stated he has no control of the online orders and just hung up on me. Horrible service and never ordering from here again. I used to be a regular here but I now know no one is happy at this location and has horrible customer service.

Everyone in this store was extremely rude and disrespectful, I was treated poorly and when I asked for the manager or the managers phone number I was told there is no number nor no manger I could speak with and I was told if I didn’t like the way I was being treated I could leave the store

We ordered online and walked over and sat to pick up our order. The only man in the store came up to us and told us we were not allowed to sit and wait. He told us he was voiding our order and told us to leave. We asked for his name and refused to tell us. He voided our order and told me "don't be a Karen and get the hell out of here" This is no way to treat anyone. This employee deserves to get fired.

We were in store ordered food online and said we couldn’t be in the store and they are rude disrespectful and customer service was terrible and the two ladies who makes sandwiches stopped making them because we were standing there watching them and had a problem with us standing there and none of the other subways do this and please don’t order from this subway they are terrible they do need to be shut down so we cancelled our order.

One of the worst subways in all Vegas. The reason for this comment is the owners. First of all you barely can order anything online because most of the menu is not available on line. The subway series subs are not available neither is adding spinach. They are available to order in store only.If you do manage to place an order then you run the chance that the owner might kick you out after canceling your order. It happened to a friend who placed online order. The owner is constantly yelling at kids and calling the cops on his own clients. They close what lever time they please. No matter what the scheduled hours are for. Just terrible customer service. Avoid and just drive a little farther if possible to another location.

I usually try to look for the silver lining in most of my dining experiences, but unfortunately, my recent visit to this Subway location left much to be desired. To start with, the overall cleanliness of the place was below par, with tables left uncleared and the floor in need of a good sweep.The real disappointment, however, came from the interactions (or lack thereof) with the staff. The owner, Keith, was present but This lack of leadership clearly affected the staff's morale and service levels.Manager Pam was not much help either. When I raised a concern about my order, her response was dismissive, and she seemed annoyed that I had interrupted her conversation with another employee. There was no attempt to rectify the mistake or offer a solution, just a shrug and a turned back.The food, once we finally received it, was as you'd expect from Subway, though the lack of attention to detail in our orders reflected the overall apathy we felt from the staff. Missing ingredients and a rather uninspired sandwich assembly made for a lackluster meal.It's disappointing because I've always considered Subway a reliable go-to for a quick, healthy option. However, this experience has definitely left a bad taste, and it's mainly due to the lackadaisical attitude from the top down. I hope Keith and Pam take this feedback to heart and make the necessary changes to improve. Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Corporate needs to shut this place down. First Horrible experience at a restaurant. Old White guy Sandwich maker needs to find a new job he does not have any manners. Touches money then your food. Please be aware of this place. Prices are ridiculous. Spend your money somewhere else. Thank me later.

Super rude man, wouldn’t allow people to use restrooms without buying food, and wouldn’t allow the men in front of me to purchase 1 cookie with their meal— they had to “buy 3 cookies or buy a drink with 1 cookie”
