Severely understaffed. As other reviewers mentioned, only 1 person working. We could have ate at a sit down restaurant and got our food faster. The dude working was a nice guy, the ownership has set him up too fail and have angry customers. All the customers coming for pickup were upset to find their orders not ready. Definitely go to Capriottis or Jersey Mike's where they staff properly. Last time for us going to this Subway .

All was great except that you only have one person working from 8am-9:30pm, with people still walking in 1-2mins before 9pm closing time. That worker turned a negative into a great experience.

I placed an order on the app5/5/2025 6:05pm and since I had no way to put extra toasted I called and Argie, Ozzie or whim ever she said she is, because she answers like it’s her personal phone not a Hello this is subway nothing. I asked for a manager she said she was the only one there, I asked her to make it Extra toasted when I placed it I called in and she said ok. And it wasn’t toasted at all. Makes me upset also I only had one chile pepper and one piece of onion and one damn olive. This is outrageous how no one can give a great customer service anymore she looked obligated being there.

I order a footlong sandwich that was on the 6.99 special and got the wrong bread for it. I don’t live close and I was very hungry. I understand people make mistakes but I would really appreciate if my order was made correctly. I ordered the Italian herb and cheese bread and got the flatbread.

First, I decided to walk to the subway to get to All American Club and enjoy today's sandwich since it was my cheat day. However, when I arrived, Crissma looked at me without saying good morning or smiling. Instead, she put her head down and acted like she didn't want to be there. I asked her for a regular sandwich, but she made the largest sandwich possible. Then she became angry and showed me what it looked like: cut more petite than a regular sandwich. She seemed upset with me, even though it was her mistake. Not only did she give me a sandwich the size of a kid's meal, but she also seemed frustrated while adding lettuce and other toppings.

She intentionally cut the sandwich much smaller to be spiteful. I will never go back to this establishment. The customer service, atmosphere, and food were all terrible. Beware! I will also be leaving reviews on other websites. If you care about your mood and have a positive attitude, I recommend avoiding the subway in the morning—it will undoubtedly put you on high alert for frustration.

Hire more people. One person working at lunch time on a Saturday afternoon. She is making the sandwichs, the online orders, restocking, and checking out every order. Stop being cheap and hire more staff. Even high school students can work on a Saturday.

It was a terrible experience . I ordered the monster sub with barely any meat put on it, didn't even pull all the veggies it was supposed to have . The sandwich maker was very unfriendly and unwelcoming . Overall terrible experience .

You need to update your operation hours. Closing time online is 9pm but doors are locked at 8:20pm.

No wonder this subway has such low reviews the old lady with the braided pony tail is a lazy worker who refuses to give her name to complain about and refused to take a subway offered gift the other lady working with her was not a problem but this older lady will make people stop going here very quickly

I was not welcomed when I walked into the store, she completely ignored me when I told her I was there for a pickup order. The lady with the gray hair and braided ponytail was very rude. I wanted to add to my pickup order, by ordering some cookies, she completely ignored me and proceeded to make the online orders. I had already ordered 3 footlongs, as I'm leaving the store after purchasing my cookies, she didn't say thank you. My bag ripped at the handles, and she didn't offer me a new bag. I was completely astonished by her behavior. She needs to be re-trained on Subways culture.

Placed online order got instant text message that my order was modified or cancel and to call the establishment. Checked my account and the charges are already on my account. Tried calling the place multiple times with no answers. Had to go down there just to have a woman standing inside saying they’re closed and it was only 7pm when they’re not supposed to close till 9pm.
