Avoid subway..very sad experience for the cost of marginal footlong turkey sandwich.. store floor was dirty, soda was weak tasting as machine was not correct.

If I could give them a zero I would. Worst service ever. Worst sandwich, worst attitude and I have been going to subway for decades. This is the worst subway ever. Never ever eat there.10/24/23. I should have walked out.

The store appears to be clean but the lady making the food was super sick and moved extremely slow. I was in the store 20 to 30 mins w one customer in front of me half done w his order of 2 footlongs. And I only got a 6 inch and wrap. When two more customers came in behind me the unenthused associate asked the other associate to come out and he was less than happy to help. Then the wrap I got was the skinniest thing I've ever gotten from subway. Not worth $24 for those two things and a couple cookies. I will not return to this store.

Use the app to order my food. Buy one get one sandwich after I ordered my food they told me I could not have my second sandwich called manager manager said just give her back her money. Customer service was not fair. I left without my food now I have to wait for my money to be refunded into my account. Customer service is the key and the subway is not customer service friendly.

The service could definitely use some help. Employees looked miserable there and annoyed when I told them that I couldn't hear them. It also seemed as if they weren't even paying attention when I was giving them my order.

This is a Subway next to Sports Clips located in a shopping center with lots of free parking. We visited on a busy Saturday at lunch time after my kids got haircuts. Subway was their request. The line was long and people in front of us didn't know what they wanted so it took longer than expected. Ingredients were fresh looking. Bread was ok. Cookies are served thin and warm. Skipped on chips and drinks since I have that at home but they had a lot of options to chose from if you make it a meal. I miss the days of $5 Footlongs. Here it's 1 Footlong for $12.09 each and $0.99 cents each cookie. It can really add up and it's so annoying to pay this much for fast food. This place is not clean: the restrooms were filthy during a lunch rush. We didn't stay to eat- took the order to go. What can I say it's Subway.

costumer service was horrible! worker either put too much of something or not enough, and decided to drench the sandwich in vinegar, when i asked for light. they were rushing, and they all looked like they did not want to be there, no smiles, no how are you? did we forget what good costumer service?? subway is always good and this one time was not it.

Leidy R. should NOT be people facing! She comes off as rude and never smiled. Couldn't speak in complete sentences or answer questions asked. Too many small nit-picking things too relate. But it all added up to make this a terrible experience.... We were not asked "for here or to go?" As we paid the other employee stood with a mop bucket between the tables and the door and said "have a nice day" but stood there staring at us, never mopping while we got a drink. I looked at her several times and she was staring at us... I felt very uncomfortable. We will not be returning to this location.

The lady making the sandwiches couldn't speak English very well and fell to give me all the correct answers to my question when I came in with a coupon that allowed me 3 footlongs for $17.99 I asked her 3 times in different ways were my sandwiches cover buy coupon after we finished and it was time to ring up my stuff came to $34.37 when I started to complain and tell her she was wrong another lady came out speaking English better than me. I just surrendered the sandwiches and went to jack in the box ?

Ridiculously rude young people working here they look at you and don't speak don't ask you what you want on your sandwich it's very alarming that this chain would allow nasty individuals to represent their business. The other issue is the lack of items it was a cold day & what's better then a cup of soup well they carry 3 styles of soup and I was told they didn't have any this is just ridiculous and not very professional of the staff and I'm not sure if the owner or management knows but if they do come on now you can't represent the business and not carry the items. Will not go back and nor do I recommend any one else wasting their time. BAD BAB BAD !

Both google and the door to the shop said open until 10pm on Saturdays. The door was locked at 9pm. I would think you could run the hours you list or change the listing.
