My wife ordered a footlong sub and two foot long nachos online. I picked them up and drove home to find out my foot long nachos only had cheese and steak on them. They were missing all of the fixins. I called and was asked if I would like to come back. After returning to the Farm Rd store I was greeted by Sidney who was rude and unprofessional. I asked for an explanation for this and her excuse was that they had a lot or orders. I told her I owned a business but I’m sure my customers requests are met, she then said very rudely “not everyone runs their business like you”. After I said I would take it up with the manager she rudely asked “do you want my managers number”. I expressed to her I already had it and then I left. On my many years on earth, I’ve never been treated this way. Horrible service. Subway should be ashamed to have hired staff like Sidney. I wish I could give 0 stars instead of one

My sandwich was a complete different sandwich than i ordered so I emailed the company and the owner asked for my receipt which I sent him and I never heard another word about it after several emails. I was not taken care of. I understand these days are different from the past but let's provide a great experience and make things right when we spend our very hard earned money. I'm not in the business of flushing my money in the toliet lol.

Love this location! Every time I come in here, it’s clean and inviting. The food is always fresh and well made, and I’m greeted and helped quickly. This location is close to me and easy for me to swing in for a quick order to-go, so I love that the quality is consistently great!
I just had the worst sandwich ever! I get the veggie patty every time for years and this was DISGUSTING. DRY GROSS BREAD, NOT TOASTED AND THE CHEESE WAS HARD. None of the items I added were barely on it. 3 banana peppers total. I'm so upset

Spent 46 dollars on sandwiches that were supposed to be ready by noon and i got my food at 12:25 after watching people walk in and get their food long after i checked in online curbside. Was told by “victoria” if thats even her real name, that people that walk in get priority. I wasn’t accepting that as an excuse and proceeded to tell her basically that it was unacceptable. She promptly gave me an attitude and said have a nice day. I followed her in the store and got her name from her coworker along with store managers name. Whether they are real names or not remains to be seen but i will be filing a complaint with the store manager and if need be with corporate office or owner. I will not tolerate this poor service and disrespectful behavior.

Manager very unfriendly and poor attitude - she did not want to teach sandwich maker how to make a salad. Soda machine made soda without bubbles. Meatball sub had less meatballs than previous sandwiches I got from other locations.
