My husband and I ordered a steak & cheese and a roast beef sandwich. He payed the extra $4.- for extra protein and now you can’t see the meat and cheese area at the counter so we have to wait till we opened them, which was to go. At home, hungry and disappointed to find out we were swindled, I would say there was even less meat than your basic order. We now go over to Subway on Durango (Centennial Hills). ? (This rating is for the Farm Rd location)

The small girl behind the counter (small, long hair without any hairband) Her extremely rude attitude messed up our appetite (me and my two kids) Her tone of voice and answering our questions was so bad that her colleague was even ashamed looking at us!Not only that, but she was paying more attention to her boyfriend being there; that she couldn’t care less taking our order…From now on if I come to this store; if I see her again, I will leave immediately and take my business elsewhere.Wow, I just found out that she is even the manager here (Samantha)

We ordered online for pickup. Parking available in front of store with handicap access. Great location off 95 and N Durango. Restaurant opens at 7am. They have a breakfast menu as well. The service reps were very friendly and cheerful. The order was ready on time. I ordered the roasted chicken with layers of vegetables. It was delicious and I would order it again. Hubby had the Italian bmt. He liked it a lot. We will definitely return.

I love this Subway! I came here today with 3 of my kids, and the staff was so kind and patient with us and all of our craziness. The food was fresh and delicious and the tables were clean, overall great experience!

Have been using for five years but had a horrible experience tonight. Wanted to order the by one get one as they make good sanwiches here. Told had to order online not instore...so ordered and paid for, got there no order, then they got it but said only one showed up not two sandwiches. Showed my receipt on phone....manager said too bad, owner out of country. Would not make the 2nd sandwich, so left called bank and found they still ran the less than $10 bill through. They could have given a lot of goodwill by honoring the special, but the woman htere said she wasn't sure if their Subway participated in these Subway specials. Think I'll pay a bit more and go to Paulie's Steak Shop instead.

Very disappointing in the service I received today. I always normally walk in and place an order but this time I decided to do a pick up order. I pre-ordered 2- 12 inch BMT subs. When I got to my car to drive off something told me to check my order and they forgot to add the ham on both sandwiches so I turned my car around so that they can fix my sandwiches. I walked in and told Samantha that they forgot the ham on my sandwiches. I advised her that I would be very angry if I would've made it all the way home. She did not apologize or acknowledge the fact that she forgot anything she just went to add the meat to my sandwiches and shove the sandwiches back for me to wrap. Very very poor customer service. And when I asked her about a survey and what her name was she hesitated and did not even give me the correct receipt with the information that I would need. Pick up order Nov 8th at 615 pm.. If you are in the Centennial area, just STAY AWAY from this location. Both times I've come here I've been met with rude unprofessional staff. I don't care what any other reviews say. Tonight I had a some young kid help me out, both my wife and I could picked up on his lack of enthusiasm and rude attitude. He was acting like my being there was offensive. Look man the people you serve are the reason why this location is even open. Why be rude to the people that come eat here and ensure you get a paycheck? That's the problem with young kids these days, well not all young people. Even so I maintained my composure and continued to be nice to the lad.But rest assured I will not be returning here, two times is enough for me. Luckily here in centennial there are a few subways.
