I've been coming to this location since I started working in the plaza. Kaley, the manager, has developed an extraordinary staff. Trinity, Daelyn and Kaley have always made my Subway Experience a great one. I was sad to hear this one was closing. I will definitely go see these friendly faces at their new locations, when I am craving subway!

Nasty. When vegetables fall on the counter they just push them back into the containers. Lettuce looks rotten and old. Bread was stale. The new idiot working behind the counter didn't seem to care at all.

Where is the zero star button? I went in to order 2 meatball subs. After waiting for 10 minutes for them to prep it I was then told they didn't have enough meatballs to make 2 sandwiches. I don't know but shouldn't you advise a client ahead of time as opposed to making one and then saying i could wait an additional 16 minutes. What a joke. But hey that's what i get. Should have just stayed with Jimmy Johns it Jersey Mikes. Never will i eat a Subway sun again.

Just ordered a BMW online and under "special instructions" I wrote "NO PEPPERONI....Please just put more salami instead." My daughter picked up the sandwiches, didn't know that I special ordered and brought them home. They gave me pepperoni anyway. Why do they bother having a "special instructions" if they DON'T DO WHAT YOU ASK!!?

The sandwich is one of the greatest food combos ever in my opinion. Bread, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers, and pickle with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. The sandwich.

Came in here yesterday at 1pm. So much disorganization. Guy said credit cards only. We were like you don't take cash? Not today we're out of ones. What?!?! Gets better. They were out of breads. Only had two kinds. Almost out of steak. Veggie containers were near empty. Lemonade fountains were empty. Guy serving had uncovered longer hair, bears, mustache. He's wearing a baseball cap, and an everyday t-shirt. Almost looked like a customer had went behind the counter and decided to play "I work at Subway". The guy was also coughing. That was enough for me. We left.

My goto quick sub shop... well it was. They no longer have ice tea although they said it will come back in a different container/style. I went in for a lower calorie lunch only to have the ice tea removed and only soft drinks I trashedmy cups and left with my sandwich. Ill be going to Port a subs or Quiznos from now on. Bummed!!!

Be sure you look at the lettuce! Today I got rotten lettuce and made me sick it was brown lettuce not good I asked for fresh lettuce and the employees said that this is all they have. I go to subway for fresh ingredients but not anymore.

This is the worst Subway. The bread is dry, hard, and falling apart. I did not notice the bread until I got home, I ended up just throwing the sandwich away after one bite. The worker was very rude and almost in a way stuck up. She had zero personality. If I could give it no stars I would. I will not be back to this location.
