I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location. They are always out of basic ingredients like white bread and olives. I recently ordered a few sandwiches through the app and went to pick them up. Instead of waiting until I got there, the employee made my sandwiches with what ever bread she wanted to and told me they were out of white bread when I got there to pickup my order. I decided to take the sandwiches just to find out she didn't read the instructions on the order either. All sandwiches were made the same way even though each sandwich had different ingredients listed on my order. This location hires incompetent employees and I would recommend going 2 miles up the street to the next subway.

I recently ate at Subway and had a mixed experience — some great parts, and some not-so-great. Let me start with the food, which definitely deserves a solid 5 stars. I ordered a footlong Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Italian Herbs & Cheese bread, and it was AMAZING. The bread was warm and soft, the veggies were fresh and crunchy, and the sauce was flavorful without being overpowering. They nailed the balance of flavor, and the portion was filling.

Now the service, unfortunately, is where things took a bit of a dip. I gave it 2 stars because the employee seemed a bit rushed and didn’t really acknowledge anyone in line. They weren’t rude exactly, just kind of uninterested — no “hi,” no smile, and it felt like they were just trying to get it over with. It didn’t ruin my visit, but it definitely made the experience feel a little less friendly and personal.

The atmosphere was okay. The place was clean and had seating available, but nothing special. The music was kind of quiet, and the whole space felt a little dull. I gave it 3 stars because it wasn’t bad, just not somewhere you’d want to hang out in for very long.

As for the price, I spent around $20 to $30 for two footlong subs, chips, and drinks. That felt a little pricey compared to what it used to be, but I get that prices have gone up everywhere. At least the quality of the food matched the price, so I didn’t feel like it was a rip-off.

Overall, I’d come back because the sandwiches are still super good, but I’m hoping for better service next time. Subway is definitely doing great with food, but the customer experience could use some love!

Hesitant to come back because of service but we came back because my son requested. Wow, the young man with the curls and the great attitude was awesome. We will certainly be back because of him! Great job finding him Subway! We visited 5/12 at 6:30pm for reference.

We love this location and grabbing breakfast on the weekends. Bella is the sweetest and kindest person. She always greets us with a smile and knows our order. She’s always working really hard and Subway is lucky to have her as an employee.

I've been coming here a lot lately after I pick up my little one from school. This restaurant is always clean, the 2 girls there, Yanis and Bella are always so kind and helpful. It can be a little busy at times and sometimes they are working alone so I've seen it get hectic, but they handle it like a champ! Bella has memorized mine and my daughter's order, so we don't even have to tell her anymore, she just starts making it when she sees us come in!

I was at this location to buy sub, Fort Apache and Russell. , and what Ive notice that employee on duty didnt even greet or saying thank you ..no personality, ..didnt even give eye contact , ..I was like how can a person be working on this type of industry,..?..this incident happens on Sept 23rd, 2024., at 7:20pm..I was standing there waiting so long and there were 3 other customers the notice samething, ...Subway must do better to keep enviroment more friendly flow, otherwise that would be main reason to keep losing customers and sales.

Worst service I have ever had at Subway. No acknowledgement when I entered. He was making sandwiches for a pickup order. I waited 10 minutes at counter while he was doing that. Not a single word acknowledgement. When he was done he said “what do you want”. No smile. Entire projected attitude was that I was bothering him.

Food and service were good when I visited the other day.

They did not have wrap options, they did not ask if I wanted the cheese melted and when I asked if they pressed the wrap, they said no. Looking forward to a better experience next time.
