They did not have wrap options, they did not ask if I wanted the cheese melted and when I asked if they pressed the wrap, they said no. Looking forward to a better experience next time.

The biggest take away here is to watch them make your sandwiches because the Tables were dusty and The person who made the sandwiches isn’t really mindful of fresh quality. The avocados had more black marks on them then they were green and she still attempted to serve them to me, until I asked for fresh ones upon me getting fresh avocados added to my sandwich, the seed at the end of the avocado was in my sandwich, so not only is the place not mindful of quality they’re also not mindful of how dirty their tables were. It does not look like somebody prioritizes, dusting the tables off after dine in customers. I also had a situation happen where I ordered sandwiches to be delivered to my house the person who answered the phones was named Jason he told me that he would issue me a refund for my drinks and that it would just take him a while. I begin to call the next day to ask him if he was able to initiate the refund, he then explained to me that he cannot and that I will have to go through DoorDash. I contacted DoorDash, they weren’t able to confirm my order and I was just pretty much back-and-forth with misinformation , Finally I was able speak to the manager of subway I believe her name was Maria And I was asking her questions about how the protocol would go with contacting DoorDash if they were unaware of locating my order what can I do considering I never got the drinks with my orders from the day before that Jason misinformed me about Because a lady had just ordered seven sandwich orders right at the same time I happen to call. When the store manager got on the phone, there was no apology made to me. There was no “maybe I can issue some points “ She was just very combative and confrontational and she did not want to help me. I don’t think it’s fair that I have to write on Google because I really looked forward to having business with Subway. It’s a very new branch and they’re very close to my house as me and my family all work from home And business with them would’ve been very convenient and frequent. I’m just very unpleased with the first impression that this subway has given this part of the community and I really wish the manager was more apologetic, and I wish that her associates were more educated and not only how business runs but just basic cleaning and prioritizing cleanliness. I’m very unimpressed with the way I was talked to like I was a child and the manager was beyond disrespectful.

Unfortunately if u are a person of color the manger has stated numerous times to the African American employees she’s doesn’t like serving our kind (African American) she stated this in front of the entire work team so it’s not like she ashamed to say it and it wasn’t the only time she was caught talking trash about the specific race either it’s crazy you spend less time doing ur job as we see from the reviews as u do making racist comments and she can’t deny it there numerous people who heard it and seen itTerribly ran establishment as we see in everyone’s opinions

Listen to the reviews, I took the benefit of the doubt and ended up in the same situation. Ordered online, lady burnt all the bread, sent me to a new location to have it made there, went there and they denied the request which makes sense, she closed the store early. Nobody got their food. Don't go here even if it's 1 second away from your house.

What a joke 2 times now they have taken my online order and have been closed. Has taken days to get my refunds as the staff won't issue refunds only the manager can who is never there. I've called to verify when she would be there and are hung up on. Last straw is tonight we show up and a lady runs up to the door and locks it points to a sign that says she is on break, it's 7pm. Wth

Nightmare at this location!! Tonight my husband and I each ordered a footlong on our app using a promo for a $5.99 for any footlong. Picked it up and brought it home to realize it was very poorly made, missing many of the ingredients we asked for, had ingredients we didn't want and was VERY sparse. I had to drive back and the little Asian woman was SO RUDE! I wish she'd had a nametag. She was incredibly rude, so unhelpful and completely unwilling to make my sandwich. I did make one error of my own and put the wrong meat and asked her to do a different meat and they fought me on it even though the promo is the same price for any sub. She even called the manager (said Yanet on the phone) and handed it to me and she was rude and dismissive as well. Not once did anyone say, "So sorry that your sandwich was made wrong and you had to interrupt your dinner to drive back." Nothing, just absolute rudeness and irritation. People like this should NEVER EVER be in any service industry EVER. I finally just said, "You know what, I don't need to be treated this way, just give me back the old sandwiches and I'm leaving." I haven't even eaten the damn sandwich now because I'm so frustrated at how horribly I was treated. I will NEVER eat at that location even though it's the closes to me. I will go out of my way. The owner should absolutely fire those people before they drive away all customers.

Went here Saturday Dec 9th at 840 pm and the door was locked even though the hours say they are open as does the sign. Nobody in sight but all the lights on. Unacceptable

Completely swapped the veggies and sauce for two mobile orders. Tried again ordering in person and location and the lady making the San which gave us attitude when we asked for onion and pickle when they didn't have any. Management needs to step up there stocking and hiring.

Every time I order something from here they get the order wrong. How do you not know how to make a simple sub. Stay off the drugs and maybe you wouldn’t mistake a 6in. for a 12in. Also if you put BACON on a sub HEAT it up you nasty lazy P.O.S.!!!

This is yet the worst subway location i've been to! Let me start off, I had to wait 15 minutes because there's only 1 person working and the rest are all talking loudly in the back. They only have a few breads out i asked for italian herbs and cheese or just regular italian they only had wheat or white bread only 6 inches and no other options like ???? What kind of knock off subway shop is this ! Not to mention they didn't have any cookies except Oatmeal raisin and white chocolate chip and both taste so old and hard !!!! That is disgusting it's like they make new cookies every 3 days instead of daily same with the bread seems like they only bake them every 3 days. And to top it off they didn't even have to go bags like this is ridiculoussssss! I've never seen no such thing and please do not come to this knock off location ! I was already running late on my break that i couldn't afford to go else where but save yourself and don't come to this location.

I went there with my son Monday Nov 13, around 1:30pm. It took the lady from the back about ten minutes to come out to the front. She didnt even say sorry for the wait. She had a look on her face like what are we doing here. Very uncomfortable feeling for me and my son. Then after we paid for our food. She didnt even say thank you aswell. I will never go back to that subway again.

They only have one person working here and it takes about 20-30 minutes of waiting with 5 people in line to get your food. I came during my lunch break and had to leave since I couldn't make it back in time. I could have gone to the grocery store and made my own sandwich.

GO TO ANOTHER SUBWAY — there are others close in the area. Did an online order for a cold cut combo footlong & a B.L.T wrap.For starters, the cold cut sandwich usually comes with bologna, ham AND salami… mine was made with ONLY salami & super skimpy at that. It was also missing some of my vegetables & sauces.For the B.L.T “wrap,” I got a flat bread & if you can see from the picture, the bacon that makes up the “b” in B.L.T is nonexistent. Who even knows what sandwich we got instead?It’s beyond crazy to me that the worker had our order printed right in front of her & still managed to mess it up this BAD!Save your money & disappoint — go to the subway on sunset and Fort Apache instead (right down the road).Tried calling the business, but it seems like the phone is disconnected (how convenient for them huh?)
