Los Angeles Union Station Subway restaurant has the same qualities as all the other Subway restaurants I've been to; that is why I keep coming back. I had the 11-cold cut sandwich with jalapeno chips and it was delicious. I ate it on a Greyhound bus on my way to Las Vegas.For atmosphere I gave it a 3 because it is in a train station with lots of people coming and going. Asked about the use of a gift card it was an E one even showed it to them and was told I could use it there then when time to pay wasn't able to do so very irritating as we only went there due to the card. Bread was hard and I was rung up for the reg meals but not my kid meal that she said had to be done separately so I had 2 charges instead of just once.

First of all they don’t accept coupon in store. Only on online orders. I didn’t deduct any star for it, it’s just knowledge for people going there. And no refill for soda in case you are going for that lol. Anyway, the food was very less in quantity compare to other subways, I could hardly see any cheese even though I asked for double cheese and not enough meat too. The staff was not that friendly but May be having a bad day. Not sure about it.
