Visited 10/6/25 at 4:50am. The young guy (Asian with long hair) working had HEADPHONES IN and made me repeat my order (Footlong All American Club) FOUR times. He kept putting his hand to his ear like he couldn’t hear me - well yeah, take the headphones out!
When I asked for provolone, he didn’t say a word, just pointed to show they were out. No verbal communication whatsoever, just hand gestures. He looked annoyed I was even there.
This employee needs serious retraining. It’s basic customer service: no headphones on the floor, use your words, and don’t act bothered by customers. Management - please address this.

The cashier/sandwich maker was rude. He was incorrectly trying to upcharge me for not wanting something on my sandwich. I wish the old owners and staff were still at this location. This isn't the 1st this guy was rude to me and my husband but its definitely the last cause we wont be returning.

This Subway was absolutely unacceptable and a disgrace to the brand. The vegetables in the serving line were in terrible condition. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the cucumbers were frozen solid and stuck to the side of the tray, the tomatoes were frozen, the pickles were frozen, and the green peppers were discolored. It looked like everything had been thawed and refrozen, which is a direct health hazard.

Subway used to pride itself on fresh ingredients, but what I experienced here shows that freshness and quality no longer matter. For $22.74 we purchased a footlong and a six-inch sandwich, and what we received was overpriced, low quality food that should never have been served to paying customers.

This is not just a matter of poor presentation. It is a failure of management to maintain even basic food safety standards. Serving customers spoiled and frozen produce is dangerous, unsanitary, and shows complete disregard for public health.

Subway needs to be held accountable for the decline in quality and safety. At these prices, customers should expect food that is both fresh and safe to eat. What I witnessed here was neither.

Purchased 5 foot longs. The guy basically made what he wanted. They don't have the clear glass anymore for you to see them making it. Gave him the order. Got home there was no dressings, no seasoning nothing that I asked for. He put every veggie they had on all the sandwiches, mind you there's an allergy to one of them. Called back up there to speak ask for a manager he told me they won't be in till the morning. Asked for his name and he hung up on me. Called all day the very next day (today) no one answered or they picked up and hung up. I will be making a different phone call. There are way too many bad reviews.

Received weird service and weird vibe at this location. I’ve been here before. Came in here for a second time to grab a quick lunch before going back to work. While I was still ordering my food they wanted me to pay before I even finished ordering. I ended up paying a separate transaction since I wanted to add avocados for my sandwich. The guy at the counter forgot to ask me if I wanted to add anything else. I wish they would have told me beforehand. The lady who assembled my sandwich came off curt and standoff-ish like she didn’t want to be there and really said “Yes! You have to pay first before you order!” Isn’t it usually you pay AFTER you order your food?! Guess it was an exception for me because the couple who came in after ordered their sandwich and salad and THEN they got the privilege to pay afterwards. Felt like I was targeted.

Service has always been hit or miss here, but I've had nothing but misses the last few times I've been here. Between that and the declining food quality, I'm done with this place.

Horrible food. Ordered on-line. Got home opened the sandwich, barely anything on it, no double anything. Probably one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had.

Ordered a sandwich online, and the employee said they never received the order. Instead of attempting to resolve the problem, the employee just ignored me and started mopping the floor. It was very unprofessional, and there is no way for me to request a refund of the order.

Customer service was great, guy with crucifix earing was nice. The food was great and the place looked very clean. I work nearby, so I will visit this subway more frequently.
