i purchased a subway foot long chicken breast sandwhich at the blue diamond crossing location on arville and blue diamond. it was for my son and he only ate half of the sandwhich. he got a really bad stomach ache an hour and a half later. beware of the meat of the chicken breast. i smelt the second half of the sandwhich and it smell bad..becareful of this location. who knows how long the meat was sitting all day there... i was there around 8 pm so it may of gone bad the chicken breast.

Toxic Hyena

Went there to place an order and as I am trying to place an order ofelia, the employee that was working there, heard only one thing from me and ran with it. Despite my multiple attempts to get her attention on how I want it made she continued to not listen until well after she put it in the toaster. So at this point I guess I am having a sandwich how she wants me to have a sandwich and not how I, the person that will eat and pay for said sandwich wants it. The sandwich was ok but not how I wanted it and I didn't get everything else I wanted either so I just gave the sandwich to the homeless dude outside and went to El Pollo Loco next door instead and had a better experience.

I asked for black forest ham I got Regular honeyham The meat is so thin. I can see through it very little of any kind of vegetable. I ask for jalapenos and banana peppers. And it wasn't even spicy I couldn't even taste the pepper Jack cheese Also, the Manny's and mustard was watered down. And my sandwich was still dry.

The only problem is that there are only ever 2 ppl working and the online orders take priority over walk in customers. While we were there 5 online orders came in and I finally asked if we were invisible or was my money no good. The guy explained he had to do on line first and I did not let that happen. Needless to say our sandwiches were PERFECT!!!

We stopped by for a quick dinner for the family. We were greeted by a very respectful young gentleman with curly hair. It was busy. He had 4 online orders plus walk in customers, and he kept his composure. It's a dinner shift and the employee was working by himself. September 20 at 8oclock pm. He was very polite and professional. He made sure to attend to all guests that walked in, as well as help the customers in front of him. Awesome employee, amazing customer service. Just wanted to really shout him out. We had 5 subs and we are very happy with the service. I would definitely come back just because of our memorable experience.
