The waiter is really rude. We would like to know the toppings available. And he doesn't roll down the window, we don't know the ingredients available. Plus he was wearing his headphones. There is already a language barrier if you have to repeat it 5 times. And 29 dollars for 2 sub 30 and an excessive drink

Got here at 4am and the person said it’s closed. We said the sign says 24/7 and he kept saying they are closed so he didn’t need to work….the lights are were on and it looked Very open. After asking why it’s closed when it says 24/7, he finally said okay I’m open but at this point didn’t trust him to handle our food. Very rude and unprofessional staff

Just left a concert at the planet hollywood , whoever the guy that work at the subway today June 29, 2024 at 11:20pm (didnt get his name) but he have a accent , he was very professional , patient and a fast worker . He was so patient and it was ALOT of people coming in but he made working on his own look so GOOD ! Please keep him and give him a good RAISE he deserve it . Continue to stay patient and level headed , it will get you so far !!!!!!

Very low IQ staff, took them 7-8 mins to even start my mobile order with no one in line. Then I requested water cup, and they said that will be $3.50 lmao. I told them it’s illegal to not serve someone water, the “manager” that doesn’t even speak English refused. Absolutely do not come here.

6/18/24 Whomever is on shift around 10 Pm needs to know how to take pride into making someone's sandwich. Very bad sandwich for 18.00. Not enough meat for a footlong, very little veggies, bad customer service and not to mention the bread was not that fresh. I try to eat healthy but this sandwich experience was horrible. I would have made a fuss but because I know how hard it is in the workforce, I figured I would leave a review instead. Not good for someone's 1st time in Vegas.

Excellent location and outstanding customer service! I went here to get a quick bite to take back to our hotel room. This was the closest location to our hotel. The food was well prepared and delicious. I highly recommend this location.
