horrible manager, they make employees want to quit! It’s no wonders they always look for workers? The pay isn’t even good anyways.

Such a shame this franchise has employees who don't careOne was having her break and the 'manager' disappeared leaving a new employee with limited English to help the customers.Ordered a simple ham with tomatoes and an Italian BMTWas charged $2.50 because the employee had no idea what to hit on the POS.

Excellent location and outstanding customer service! I went here to get a quick bite to take back to our hotel room. This was the closest location to our hotel. The food was well prepared and delicious. I highly recommend this location.

It is a fast food restaurant that makes it easy to consume vegetables overseas. Even if you are not good at English, you can easily order by telling them the menu number.

I came in today to get a regular chicken bacon ranch and the lady gave me rotisserie chicken I then explain to her no I do not want that kind of chicken I want the regular plain chicken that I always get. She told me I would not be able to do that unless I paid extra for the bacon... i've been coming to Subway for years and I have never once in my life been told this this is the only sandwich I ever get. I then asked her name she would not tell me and the other worker just ignored the situation. I then said sooooo no one's gonna tell me a name of anyone working she looked at me and said NOPE.I left completely and this is absolutely the worst Subway experience I have ever had.... Like why is this complicated WHY.. this was today at 2:50pm!!!

Very pleasant experience at a subway for once they made the sub exactly the way I wanted it. Got plenty of toppings and everything tasted fresh. The portion of eggs on my egg steak and cheese flatbread was generous. The steak was hot and tasted good. Plus the two girls that made our flatbread were kind & friendly. 8.19 for a foot long was decent. Strange that the price w/o steak is the same.

Got a sandwich on 8/9/2021 at about 8:30 at night and the young lady at the counter was awesome. Super professional, super cheery, and was quick too! Working in this mall can really put a damper on people's attitudes so I definitely got jazzed up by this positive experice from this young lady

"Open 24 hours" more like open until we are tired of serving people so we keep the lights on and tell everyone we aren't serving anyone else. I'm sure the owners would not be happy to know that the store was turning away paying customers during operating hours. If you're looking for a late night meal good luck I suggest looking somewhere else

Subway is Subway, where else can you get a freshly made sub right in front of you. On this particular day in this one store the experience was not a pleasant one. Upon ordering our food we were told that we could not dine inside the store. At the time there was another couple sitting down in the dining area enjoying there food but we were told we could not dine in. We just happened to be hungry and were pressed for time due to the fact we had a show to attend to. We ended up taking our orders and ate our subs in the middle of the mall using a down structure as our table...oh well...it is what it is...

If i could give them 0 stars I surely would.! Worst experience ever at any subway and I don't even live here! First off everyone seemed to have an attitude the entire time. My boyfriend and I got two steak and cheese subs and they apparently couldn't warm them up in their microwave.? what subway doesn't have a working microwave.? the MANAGER said that the food doesn't get warm in the microwave. What subway manager says that a microwave (which is what a microwave is used for)? so we eventually asked for a refund because as soon as we bit into our sandwiches after the lady "warmed it up" in the toaster oven. our steak was cold, the bread was crunchy & stale. i hardly ever have a problem with any subway i go to no matter what state, city, etc.!
