Third time I've been to this location, third time I've received trash.. No matter who's working, they don't show any interest in what they're doing.. They rush through your food, and it tastes like it.. The bread I get from here is ALWAYS hard as a rock.. Tastes like I'm eating croutons.. Terrible customer service across the entire staff.. No training obviously. Just a bad subway, at least it was clean.

Staff needs to wash hands more often, I noticed the new staff and she was sweeping the floor then put on gloves. Second visit same girl was touching money and drawer including the key to the bathroom then just slipped gloves on with not washing.

The doors were locked at 7:40pm. The guy was inside making sandwiches for a couple and wouldn't open the door and open sign was off. Update your store hours if you don't close at 8 anymore.

I think by now you guys have noticed with my timeline I put off to my bad reviews till I absolutely have to do them and then not so much bad reviews I hope they take them is constructive criticism and maybe learn from their other sister stores they haven't wonderful location on Sahara close to Fort Apache it's also has a Winchell's in it which I don't know how that works but I guess it's a chain but that by far is what I feel the operation should run like they listen and then they make your sandwich so no matter what you order you can't go wrong exactly what you order so if you don't like it it's your fault I just didn't like how they rushed through and then made it feel like my sandwich didn't turn out the way I wanted it and I actually refused it and I was in a hurry to get to an appointment and didn't have time to have them remake it and there were other people waiting and I didn't want to make them late either so I just simply got a soda I think it all depends on how they train their staff to be attentive to the customer they do get tips and from being a native I am very good at tipping I will actually not go out to eat unless I can afford to tip even at fast food places as. such.and when the veggies and stuff that are out look like they are at the landing on death row they need to be replaced you guys have quality things to work with and equality name to backup might be something your manager and you the employee might want to bring up at your next meeting could bring up your sales greatly because the people will settle for mediocrity when in a hurry they will return for excellence time and time again and refer highly best of wishes good luck and happy holidays

Wow i allways have 30 minutes brake. I was really mad when i saw only one guy working, But this guy ( Alex ) was by himself making 3 sandwiches for the drive thru and he had a line of 3 more people asking for 2 or 3 sandwiches and i was served in less than 10 minutes. Great service and smile even when he is busy. I come here 3 or 4 times a week.

I didn't get the employee name he looked middle eastern maybe but he was very rude and argued with me on how I wanted my sandwich to be made. That was extremely very unprofessional of him. He was also out of a few other veggies and when he read my order back it was wrong and he read my order back to me three times each time it was different then what I originally ordered. I only got one sandwich which I don't see how hard or confusing that could be. I contemplated driving away when he first gave me attitude. I'll NEVER come back to this location ever again.

Rude employees. They said they had no soup in summer but i literally just bought some the day before at a subway across my house -_- I work up the street and will never stop by here again

We go in here very often and they always treat us great. Some of the employees know me and my brothers by name. They always greet us as we come through the door.

I dont know why they have a drive thru if they really dont care about it walk in come first i guess you will hear a !! I will be with you as when i can"" helloooo you guys need an xtra person....

Amazing customer service every time I come here. They aren't stingy with veggies either! They had no problem making a meat substitution that *another* location had every issue with. I've been inside and through the drive thru and it's always perfect every time. Will always come back here! Drive thru needs a remodel though.
