How do you have only 1 person working during the lunch rush. I was 6th in line and it took over 20 minutes to get my sandwich. This is not fine dining but the service level and prices try to make it seem like it.

This place is what I call a solid 2.5 stars. Service is great but my $11 dollar Turkey sandwich weighed less than 2 ozs. It was a pretty sad sandwich with almost frozen lettuce and 2 or 3 slices of turkey. They were quite generous with the mayo though - maybe that’s how you can make the sandwiches feel more substantial than they really are? Not sure. Anyway, the everyday $6 dollar deal might be ok?

Worst customer service I’ve ever had and as someone who has probably been complained about by my own customers, I know I’ve never made someone want to walk out or feel guilty for coming to get their food. This boy here at night, made me feel like shit just for getting two sandwiches. I asked for no onions and the sigh that kid gave me was so heavy it could crush a car. I get your close to closing, I’m sorry my jobs schedule doesn’t align with yours, I also made it super uncomplicated, avoiding even asking for salt and pepper because I saw you already had the whole bay empty and ready for close more than 20 minutes before closing time, yet I still left feeling like shit or like I did something wrong.

This was from February 8th, 2025 (late posting it). Ordered Subway on my app and got there when it told me it would be ready. I get there and there is one worker. She starts making the sandwiches at that time. What's the point of ordering ahead?
The WHOLE time she has ear buds in and is talking on the phone to some friend or something. This wouldn't matter much if our food was made correct. The steak sandwich had the wrong cheese and no toppings. The roller barely had any filling.
This location is very close to me (Charleston and Indigo Dr) but I'll never return.

You have alot of nerve charging so much money for this. This is the beast sub double the meat what a absolute joke and the bread wasn't even toasted also has old brown lettuce on it and the meat is old and dry.
Worst Subway in town. Always slow - only have one, maybe two, employees working - even during busy times. Never any urgency. Been this way for years. Tried coming back and still the same. There are multiple subways within a couple miles. Definitely take the extra time and go to those - all are better.
This is by far the WORST subway. The entire team speaks ONLY spanish, the bread is stale and hard as a rock. HOW I ASK, do you NOT know how to make a spicy italian / italiano whatever TF now, sandwich working at subway? It's literally the most popular sandwich.... AVOID THIS PLACE.
