Hands down to Melissa, I have been coming to this location over a year and I know that when she is there the food will be great. The location is clean and the serving station is also well organized. Melissa’s customer service is also great and that is the major reason me and my guys pull up to this precise location.

I gave everything 5 stars but the overall stars to get Subway corporates attention is only 1. I ordered a curbside, it said it was ready at 3:30pm. I didn't see anyone come out and it was almost 3:40pm. I go in, there is ONE person working. My order wasn't even started on. The gentleman working in there was very thorough, fast and calm despite having tons of people waiting on him to finish numerous orders. HE deserves 5 stars BUT Subway should be ashamed of themselves for overworking this young man. Why is it so difficult to at least have ONE additional person working? I didn't get my food until 30 minutes later. My boyfriend was then late to work because of how long I had to wait for the food. I was an anxious mess driving home, it ruined the whole experience. The guy working in there should get a raise, and Subway, get it together and stop using and overworking people. Hire someone else otherwise people WILL stop coming.

It's been a while since I last posted anything for a rating.. .Well, this Subway (Dasia) I hope that's how you spell it , probably has no idea how freaking awesome it was to have a sandwich made like I'd done them when I worked for subway!!!I've gotta say, she may feel it wasn't anything special, but after working there I've never had a sandwich made to my artistic stature (LoL) it had everything in in it, texture, flavor and meat!Stop by this subway guys (dayshift) Dasia should be working it's definitely worth it.

I recently visited this subway and Unfortunately, they were out of lettuce, a fundamental ingredient for many of their offerings. The lack of a basic ingredient impacted the quality of my order. Moreover, the service provided by the workers was subpar. Communication was lacking, and it contributed to an overall negative atmosphere. I believe improvements in ingredient availability and staff training could significantly enhance the customer experience.Me and my family have had many horrible experiences at this location. Absolutely horrendous service! A no go for anyone who cares about their health!

Customer Service Sucks!We walked in at about 730pm on Friday 9/29/23 and the girl at the counter immediately walked to the back and turned the lights off.The sign showed 10pm closing. She obviously didn't want to do her job.
Short staffed and the people behind the counter weren’t slow nor fast. The place was out of ham…at noon on a Friday. Not many places to park in parking lot. Probably won’t be back.

I went in yesterday and there was one gentleman working in by himself, he had a Line of customers, he did the three customers before me in no time, I ordered 6 sandwiches and two salads to the disappointment of all the other customers and he just smiled and said I’ll make those for you no problem, he made them in under 10 mins and had me out the door. He said his name was Mikel “sorry if I spelled it wrong” definitely needs a raise!! Glad this store is getting better employees.
