Went in yesterday to order 3 sandwiches, and the young black girl with a very round face who made them was super passive aggressive and rude. After she toasted my second sandwich, she asked if I wanted my third sandwich toasted as well. When I replied "yes" she fake-smiled at me and said "you could've told me that." Excuse me??? She only asked about my 2nd sandwich the first time, not my third one. She should've asked if I wanted both toasted the at the same time... I'm not a mind reader. Then I told her I had a coupon when I was about to pay, and she fake-smiled at me again and said "you could've told me that" and looked annoyed putting my order in the machine. She didn't even ask me first. Poor customer service. That worker needs to fix her attitude asap.

The manager Ana is very rude. She argues and yells at employees in front of customers and no not just her husband. She argues and yells at customers as well. I’m also worried about the cleanliness I’ve seen employees drop a knife and use it to cut a customers sandwich. The tables are never clean and there’s crumbs all over the floor. I’ve seen the trash overflowing as well and the counters being a mess. The manager I’ve seen and heard her verbally abuse her employees. I’ve been told they were out of the footling cookies but then i saw employees making them. I go here regularly and all of these complaints are things I’ve seen and witnessed multiple times a week. The only reason why I go here still is because it’s the closest subway to me.

I ordered a #20 chicken bacon the bread wasnt toasted correctly it was doughy and soggy the bread was uncooked and it was just a badly made sandwhich,which my Dogs did enjoy the meat onlyminus the uncooked bread because I could not eat it, disgusting and my husbands philly cheesesteak was not what was ordered. Wasted 23$ on this place plus the service was slow and terrible

7:13 am Friday the 12th. Attention manager, 2 people plus myself walked in and lady working ignored us even after we said hello multiple times to be served. We walked out with no food , she still never said anything. She should be fired.

I have ordered takeout here twice, and both experiences were delightful, with my most recent visit being the most pleasant. The restaurant is spotless, and the staff’s customer service skills are superb. Linda, in particular, has an excellent attitude and demonstrates supreme customer service skills. I have tried other Subway restaurants in this area of town where the bread was harder than brick, and the staff acted bothered once I arrived. At this location, the bread is soft, and the business is professional. What a difference a location and a happy face behind the counter make! I highly recommend this particular restaurant, and I will return sooner than later.

Sunday 3-17-24. I came in for my daily lunch at 3pm today. The manager on duty was so rude and even threatened to kick me out of the establishment for just taking my time with my order. On top of that, they refused to give me their name. Terrible customer service, won't be coming back.

Bought a sandwich with online app and picked it up and went off to work not knowing they have given me the wrong order. And when I contacted them they pretty much said my order was made by the employee caught in video. They were three of us in the restaurant waiting and I said my name and didn’t think anything of it but when I open it at work it was wrong. I ordered a non toast grilled chicken and this what they gave me . Also basically calling me a liar.

I come to this subway all of the time. I am a regular customer. And if I come here during my lunch break while an older gentleman is working. I enjoy your chocolate chip cookies. However, I am very particular about how I like my cookies. I like soft malleable cookies. I don’t like Soft, crunchy or crunchy cookies. each time without fail when I come inside the store and I tell him that I like a particular cookie, he must tell me that he makes cookies every day. I am 41 years old, and I’ve had a lot of food, a lot of different food, from a lot of different places. And if I don’t like the presentation of something as a consumer I’m going to say something. That does not always warrant the staff or employee to say something back. But this particular gentleman seems to take offense because every time I come in he has to say that he made the cookies that day. I don’t care . And honestly it’s annoying to have somebody say that to me every time I come in there. Now I don’t know , to you this might sound like I’m overly entitled but to me someone who has worked in Customer Service for 30 years nearly, I know when to say something to a Customer and when not to. This is not the first or second time I’ve mentioned this and apparently this store owner has not talked to this gentleman because he continues to say stuff. not sure if it’s me or if he says that to other customers who’ve mentioned it. But it’s very annoying when I’ve ordered my food on the app and I’ve either had it delivered or I pick it up a lot of times my cookies are soft, crunchy or crunchy. So from learning my lesson, I know I have to come in the store and make sure that my cookies are to my liking , not his. So I am asking you, I implore you please speak with your staff and your employees. Please train them on when to speak to a customer and when not to. Most importantly, if the customer is letting you know, there is something wrong with their food , please train your people and let them know the proper response is not a rebuttal and is not to take offense. It is to apologize and say here let me exchange that for you and that’s it. I actually told him today that every time I come in the store and discuss these cookies he has something to say. But I thanked him, and he thanked me. Maybe he’s just a old man. That happens when you get older. I know this because my mother is like that lol. However, she is not making my food . And I am not painting her to make my food. There’s no service she’s providing. At the subway, however, there is a service that’s being provided and when services are provided and I’ve paid you I want what I paid for. It is a shame that I have to write a dang term paper on Customer Service. But I guess since we have all this technology and people are not working and not getting paid enough, Customer Service is no longer part of that that pay ; no longer a part of the role and responsibilities and skill sets required to work a job. I find this very disappointing. Again, please train your people. Thanks

Showed up to the so called 24 hour subway only to find the door locked and the male employee getting paid to turn customers away. If it were my business, I'd fire him in a heartbeat. If you are hungry at 2am skip this place and go to robertos they actually are open and happy to help.
