My favorite subway! Jaice and Aimee were the kindest and sweetest employees, they made sure my order was correct and provided great customer service. The food is always delicious and fresh!

I ordered a box of cookies on door dash. The driver arrived to my door and handed me the box of cookies NO bag NO tamper proof tape sticker etc. my cookies were easily exposed easy to tamper with and they felt unsafe to eat. The driver apologized and explained that’s why the worker at subway handed him. This has got to stop more attention to detail and safety needs to be enhanced! People do unthinkable things to people food. This is the second time this has happened (same subway) soooo Subway you just gone wait until you get sued because something horrible happens before you adapt upgrade and protect the very customers that are keeping your store alive and paying salaries and bills through ordering.
I need to speak with a manager because this is horrible! I’m very disappointed in the
Service and the care put into packaging (or the lack of) my cookies ….. I won’t be ordering from this store again (Southern Highlands) the negligence of the customer is truly an outrage.

10/17/25 11pm pickup my mobile to go order, footlong cold cut combo double toasted pay $4 extra for double meat. Get home open it up to a luke warm, didn’t have double meat, just the regular amount of meat with no salami, so less meat. Guess you can’t order to go, you have to stand there and monitor how they make your sandwich.

I recently visited this location on my lunch break. When I arrived, I checked the cookie case to see if they were any fresh cookies and they were not, but there were some inside of the storage where the bread is kept. The woman working was asked to slightly warm the sandwich however she put it in there for 30 seconds so I asked her to remove it early and she apparently caught an attitude. Once I arrived at the register, I asked her if I could have the cookies out of it, and she stated that she did not have any which was a blatant lie. So I questioned if those were cookies at the bottom of the Storage and she said well yeah but they’re at the bottom which I’m not sure what that was supposed to mean. After giving me attitude, she decided that she will go get the cookies from the Storage instead of giving me the old cookies that were sitting inside the cookie case. This location definitely needs to be more professional and friendly. There should be no reason to give a customer attitude and you’re out of subway where everything is supposed to be fresh..

- DO NOT ORDER VEGETARIAN. Workers don’t switch gloves between handling meat and handling the veggie patties…..
- worker was on his phone while we tried to pay and he hadn’t put it through so nothing was happening on the pin pad. We asked him to fix it and he waited till he was done with his phone to actually push the payment through. Had an attitude with us.

Manager Ana is so nasty, the place is dirty and the service sux! How people like that is attending costumers? Very disappointment. I was expecting a high standard because the location of the place….

Went in yesterday to order 3 sandwiches, and the young black girl with a very round face who made them was super passive aggressive and rude. After she toasted my second sandwich, she asked if I wanted my third sandwich toasted as well. When I replied "yes" she fake-smiled at me and said "you could've told me that." Excuse me??? She only asked about my 2nd sandwich the first time, not my third one. She should've asked if I wanted both toasted the at the same time... I'm not a mind reader. Then I told her I had a coupon when I was about to pay, and she fake-smiled at me again and said "you could've told me that" and looked annoyed putting my order in the machine. She didn't even ask me first. Poor customer service. That worker needs to fix her attitude asap.

The manager Ana is very rude. She argues and yells at employees in front of customers and no not just her husband. She argues and yells at customers as well. I’m also worried about the cleanliness I’ve seen employees drop a knife and use it to cut a customers sandwich. The tables are never clean and there’s crumbs all over the floor. I’ve seen the trash overflowing as well and the counters being a mess. The manager I’ve seen and heard her verbally abuse her employees. I’ve been told they were out of the footling cookies but then i saw employees making them. I go here regularly and all of these complaints are things I’ve seen and witnessed multiple times a week. The only reason why I go here still is because it’s the closest subway to me.

I ordered a #20 chicken bacon the bread wasnt toasted correctly it was doughy and soggy the bread was uncooked and it was just a badly made sandwhich,which my Dogs did enjoy the meat onlyminus the uncooked bread because I could not eat it, disgusting and my husbands philly cheesesteak was not what was ordered. Wasted 23$ on this place plus the service was slow and terrible

7:13 am Friday the 12th. Attention manager, 2 people plus myself walked in and lady working ignored us even after we said hello multiple times to be served. We walked out with no food , she still never said anything. She should be fired.
