Establishment is filthy and customer service is horrible and nonexistent. Arrived at establishment and while waiting in line, some individuals just jumped ahead of me. Employee told me they were waiting, yet I was there first and they just walked in. Obviously its was employees relatives or friends. Manners obviously are lacking from employees and as I stated establishment was filthy. Probably saved myself from going to hospital, since employees also looked dirty and uniforms were about same. If you must go to Subway, I would recommend another location. This location has many problems, especially with cleanliness and lack of customer service. Honestly this location doesn’t even merit a one star.

The sandwich artist took what could have been a masterpiece and turned into an abomination. I did an online order and they messed up all the toppings. They also couldn’t seem to roll the sandwich up in the paper without it falling apart. The sandwich artist was also the slowest moving person I have ever seen. A lady in line walked out as I was typing this. As someone who still misses the v-cut and the old interior with the subway wallpaper I can say without hesitation Subway is a brand in decline, with mediocre decor, mediocre food and mediocre service. If you didn’t get chance to eat here in the 90’s you truly missed out on something special.

0.0 of 5 Stars. We ordered our food online, picked up, got home and my had ordered extra chicken on hers and there wasn't even enough chicken on a regular order. We drove back to the store asked to have the sandwich remade and the guy behind the counter tried to charge us again. Once home my son opened his philly cheese sandwich and this is what it looked like. It's a good thing their building a Jimmy Johns close by. Subway you should be ashamed.

Well, now we know why Subway is closing stores and failing. Made a big order for a work crew, drinks, soda, and even a tip. Got there: nothing was labeled, all sandwiches were mysteries. Drinks? Oh, you get to fill them yourself and then lug sloppy drinks yourself, oh, and I had to ask for drink carriers, which were cardboard that fell apart with the least bit of moisture. NEVER. AGAIN. Subway deserves to lose out to Firehouse and Jersey Mike's. Subway has earned its miserable reputation.

I generally come in at least weekly, sometimes multiple times a week, and things are always great as far as food and service goes.

Today though, I made an order through the app, and picked that up, and saw that it wasn’t made to my order preferences, and let the person at the front know to see if it can be remade. She argued with me, saying “we don’t have that bread” (Italian bread, the bread that literally 99% of people order), and then when I said “I ordered it on the regular bread” (rather than the flatbread), proceeded to say I entered it wrong and shrugged about it. Okay.

The sandwich was also haphazardly put together, with barely any sauce and the black pepper I asked for missing.

I probably won’t be coming back. This made me extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed, despite my order clearly showing what I asked for, and it being a quick revision. 😕

There were only two people in front of us but it took 25 minutes to make there small orders.

Carlos cannot make a proper sandwich. He cut the roll where one side was extremely thin. I asked him to remake it because it was a meatball sandwich. Then when he went to make one of the other sandwiches he soaked it with oil making the sandwich soggy.

I politely asked Kay to make our sandwiches instead of helping other customers but she didn’t.

We wound up getting one sandwich that wound up being disgusting so we threw it out.

I was told, at my last visit, this location no longer give the military discount. But, I'm sure, first responders or police officers can still get discounted or free meal. On top of it, most of the time, you're out of dam near every item! Let me guess, it's the 10% that had been offered to the veterans that caused this?!

Arioniey was amazing, she was so helpful, made such a great sandwich, and her customer service was unmatched. I can't say how much I appreciated her, especially during a tough time for my family. It was a forever-memorable interaction, she deserves recognition, appreciation, and should be a high valued asset to the store. Thank you Arioniey!!
