It took Trinity 50 mins to make our online order.

I generally come in at least weekly, sometimes multiple times a week, and things are always great as far as food and service goes.

Today though, I made an order through the app, and picked that up, and saw that it wasn’t made to my order preferences, and let the person at the front know to see if it can be remade. She argued with me, saying “we don’t have that bread” (Italian bread, the bread that literally 99% of people order), and then when I said “I ordered it on the regular bread” (rather than the flatbread), proceeded to say I entered it wrong and shrugged about it. Okay.

The sandwich was also haphazardly put together, with barely any sauce and the black pepper I asked for missing.

I probably won’t be coming back. This made me extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed, despite my order clearly showing what I asked for, and it being a quick revision. 😕

Worst subway I’ve ever been to the general manager Nelson was rude and short the old lady had an attitude and the Resturant had a bad vibe all around never coming back.

There were only two people in front of us but it took 25 minutes to make there small orders.

Carlos cannot make a proper sandwich. He cut the roll where one side was extremely thin. I asked him to remake it because it was a meatball sandwich. Then when he went to make one of the other sandwiches he soaked it with oil making the sandwich soggy.

I politely asked Kay to make our sandwiches instead of helping other customers but she didn’t.

We wound up getting one sandwich that wound up being disgusting so we threw it out.

I was told, at my last visit, this location no longer give the military discount. But, I'm sure, first responders or police officers can still get discounted or free meal. On top of it, most of the time, you're out of dam near every item! Let me guess, it's the 10% that had been offered to the veterans that caused this?!

Arioniey was amazing, she was so helpful, made such a great sandwich, and her customer service was unmatched. I can't say how much I appreciated her, especially during a tough time for my family. It was a forever-memorable interaction, she deserves recognition, appreciation, and should be a high valued asset to the store. Thank you Arioniey!!

Jairo was LITERALLY the only subway in the valley to answer the phone. I had called 6 other subways just to see if any of them would answer and nothing but voicemails. Thank you Jairo for actually caring. Let me mention I called the other subways almost two times each so this wasn’t a one and done call. Just wanted to see if they’d actually answer. I told him I’d give him a great review for actually giving a s***. He was also extremely nice and sympathetic to my situation and asked if I needed something to help out. Great guy.

If you can’t afford to run a BOGO promo, don’t offer it. Almost no meat in either one of our sandwiches. A complete waste of time and money. Didn’t even touch mine, sent my spouse back to return for a refund.

Edit: upon returning my spouse was fed the excuse of “we don’t have the supreme meats anymore”. Then why is it on your menu. ZERO accountability. I work in Franchising and know a bad Franchise owner when I see one. Cheap owners = bad quality product. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re relabeling bad expiry dates as well. Hopefully they get an audit and fined so that they can learn how to properly run their business.

Miguel makes the perfect sandwich and he is very pleasant. Had a nice little convo with Erin, she is very pleasant as well and thank you for the compliment you gave me & my daughter as we were leaving?. The rest of the staff was nice too. From now, we are going to our doctor's appointment, we are coming here for lunch!!

Hispanic manager was rude and disrespectful. He turned the soda machine off because a homeless guy was trying to fill up a water cup which caused our family to argue with this manager to turn it back on.. Homeless guy wasn't doing anything wrong, and water shouldn't be refused to anybody in 100+° weather
