Hispanic dude with glasses rude as hell. He got mad because he put the wrong cheese on my sandwich. Normally a worker would ask. He said “well you should’ve told me that before I put it in” they had the blockers up to where you can’t even see what they putting on the sandwich. The other Hispanic lady that work with him was rude as hell too
The worse experience in a subway in my life they forgot to put the chesse on my sandwish and it took them more than 20 minutes to attend me in an empty store

Ordered online and requested extra lettuce and spinach, hardly any on there, didn't have time to have it remade. But shouldn't have to anyway. Not coming to this one again. Subway across town makes them a lot better.

Every time I come to this location which is RIGHT NEXT TO MY HOUSE I get a sandwich that looks like a 2 year old made then kicked around and sat on! Mayo and mustard ALL OVER THE BREAD and wrapper ! Or they’ll toast it when states NOT TOASTED manager doesn’t care offers a COOKIE!

Subway y’all need to do better. Whoever the district manager is needs to be fired!! I always come in and they’re always single staffed or understaffed with the amount of Togo orders they have to do and in person customers. Keith is a wonderful worker and can make a mean sandwich but as a manager myself, subway makes billions a year and y’all can’t staff more then one at a time??? Next time I come in and see a single staffed person I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. DO BETTER SUBWAY!

-5 stars, dont go at night. Young lady who works graveyard doesn't listen and is in a rush to get you out of her hair. Seems way more interested in her friends who showed up than making my sandwich the way I asked. I specifically asked her to go light on the condiments, and she proceeded to drench my sandwich in sauce. Grossest wettest subway ever.

They close their doors more than 30 mins early because it’s so complicated to stay open til the listed time and make some sandwiches. And had some random guy that claims he doesn’t work there peek out the door and basically say they’re closed but didn’t wanna answer when questioned about the closing time.

You guys need to fix your entrance door. It's way too heavy and my kid hurt herself opening it and it smashing onto her because you need to force that door open. Don't hurt your customers!

Deciding to buy dinner here last night was one of the most traumatic experiences I ever had. They would not give the difference of the money (It was over $3) that they overcharged me with. I told them, I'll just take two cookies and we'll call it even. They won't even do that. All I wanted was a meatball sub and a #3 combo with cookies and drinks. The lady behind the counter seemed inexperienced so I reiterated my order a few times and had to fix one sandwich. She gave me the 2 sandwiches, two cookies and no drink. At this point I just wanted to leave. I paid and the lady asked me if I wanted the receipt. She looked suspish when she asked this question so I checked the receipt immediately and sure enough, she charged me a steak sub #1, #3, and two cookies (not combo) for $29. So I told them about the overcharge and showed them my order and my receipt. They told me that they have to call upper management because they'll be short if they give me the money that I am owed. I told them they can just give me 2 additional cookies and we'll call it even. They said they can't do that either. I waited several minutes for them to figure out what to do and I just couldn't wait any more so I told them that I just want all my money back and I returned their sandwiches and cookies. Now this is what happened next. I waited 30-45 minutes for them to return my money. I told them that I'll call the cops because they are stealing my money. Why in the world do I have to involve the cops so I can get my money back? Why do I have to wait this long? Do they overcharge customers on purpose? I don't know. These people wasted my time and made me feel as if it was my fault that I was overcharged. What a horrible experience!
