Love this location but whichever young lady was working the front didn't know the menu then when I told her she took off the meat that was wrong and didn't put the salami! She's a bit detached from what's going on so I hope things get better for her and the store.

The employee Sam was unkind, I ordered online, paid and was debited , she said she didn’t received the order and was laughing when she told me that and I showed her my bank account as well and told me there is always mistakes with bank account
She never gave me my order and I paid ! that’s a shame

Apparently the bad service at this place is a daily problem. I just went to get some food and after waiting over 20 minutes the manager didn't know how to charge for the two sandwiches I ordered so she ordered one first and then because I didn't tell her the name of the cheese I wanted because she hadn't told us what it was called she got upset and I told her to cancel the order she still didn't listen I told her to charge me and she told me she couldn't because she was wearing gloves and I told her 5 minutes ago you were placing an order and touching the register. Her name is Samantra or something like that because besides being very rude she didn't know what she was doing. I told her she should report you to the health department

if I could get zero stars I would. I walk in there is a guy currently making sandwiches and two girls just talking in the back. The guy has two sandwiches to make and it’s taking a long time I am waiting at least seven minutes at this time. The girl that is talking in the back finally comes out and asked me what I want I have to constantly Repeat myself because the music is too loud. She puts cheese on my sandwich when I ask her not to due to the music being too loud and gets an attitude when I tell her to take it off. Don’t waste your time on the subway the employees are absolute garbage.

So standing around not getting acknowledgement for 5 minutes being the only person in there while 1 employee is making an online order and 1 employee is sitting in the corner talking about sam and how she can refer someone for a job. A dude just walking back and forth not helping and talking about being out of 1s and 5s. Do better.

Hispanic dude with glasses rude as hell. He got mad because he put the wrong cheese on my sandwich. Normally a worker would ask. He said “well you should’ve told me that before I put it in” they had the blockers up to where you can’t even see what they putting on the sandwich. The other Hispanic lady that work with him was rude as hell too
