Every time I come to this location which is RIGHT NEXT TO MY HOUSE I get a sandwich that looks like a 2 year old made then kicked around and sat on! Mayo and mustard ALL OVER THE BREAD and wrapper ! Or they’ll toast it when states NOT TOASTED manager doesn’t care offers a COOKIE!

Subway y’all need to do better. Whoever the district manager is needs to be fired!! I always come in and they’re always single staffed or understaffed with the amount of Togo orders they have to do and in person customers. Keith is a wonderful worker and can make a mean sandwich but as a manager myself, subway makes billions a year and y’all can’t staff more then one at a time??? Next time I come in and see a single staffed person I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. DO BETTER SUBWAY!

-5 stars, dont go at night. Young lady who works graveyard doesn't listen and is in a rush to get you out of her hair. Seems way more interested in her friends who showed up than making my sandwich the way I asked. I specifically asked her to go light on the condiments, and she proceeded to drench my sandwich in sauce. Grossest wettest subway ever.

No words to really describe this location mobile orders or being inside of THIS location is just all bad like don't waste your time especially with night shift be warned very sloppy work for a updated restaurant.

Not one to normally leave a bad review, but here we are. I tried to call the store multiple times but no answer at all, even called district manager Maria Cabrera a few times, same result. Anyways, I placed an order thru the app and it was delivered on time. Had my subs upgraded to a meal (instead of being charged $2.99 for the meal up grade, I was charged $2.89 for each Gatorade and $.99 each for 4 cookies) but to my surprise, no beverages (Gatorades) or cookies (you know them cookies are fire) were in the bag . The subs were good as usual, but not toasted and no avocado on both ($2.00 add-on for each sub) I would like a refund. Subway, if you're reading this, let's get this resolved. Whoever did this, needs to be fired, immediately LMAO. But if you were having a bad day, sorry for that, but please pay attention. One more thing, to the door dash delivery driver that I tipped $5.00 extra thanks for not putting any napkins. lol

Walked 20 mins to this Subway (7320 Rainbow, attached to the Albertsons next door) and left empty handed and upset.They claimed to have no online orders, but the company still took my funds in my gift card and I kept trying to show my app. They were very dismissive even though customers already had been helped. I havent been to subway and years and looks like I'm not missing out. I just wanted to use my gift card and noticed a BOGO promo was going on in the app.They refused to even look closely at my receipt/app and make the order which should have been the solution since my funds were taken already. The manager here kept raising his voice and in the end he agreed that Subway had scammed me and there is nothing he could do. He is not a problem solved at all. He should be contacting tech/corporate to fix this issue if the app is not going through to the store, instead he did not care at all.

You guys need to fix your entrance door. It's way too heavy and my kid hurt herself opening it and it smashing onto her because you need to force that door open. Don't hurt your customers!

If I could give 0, I would. There is one person working. This lady is so terrible she takes 20 min to make 1 sub. I was waiting over 25 for her to get done with the customer ahead of me. She's terrible

Well the food has not always been the best but now as you know they are freshly slicing meats.That is what I thought but I was very wrong.Yes they are slicing meats to put in the bins up front to use as they go.Not the worst but I thought they wore slicing fresh per order.There was 3 workers there but two decided to bake the bread together.So I waited over 10 minutes just to get my order in but I can tell my meat was sitting out for a while.I know they have cameras I wonder how many subway sandwich shops are doing this?

I went to this Subway on June 25th and I had a coupon. I asked lady if I could use the coupons for a certain Sandwich and she said I don't know. Let's try and ring up the coupons and see if it works.well, I picked a Sandwich But I wasn't really sure if that's the one I wanted. She just wanted to see if the coupon was gonna work. Well, it worked but I didn't want that Sandwich so I picked another one. And then she called the manager to see if I could get the other one and the manager said no And that sandwhich which was cheaper than the original one that they said I could get. She was the only one in there and people were getting upset but I was first. I asked if I could have her phone number And she wouldn't give it to me. So she called the manager and told the manager to call me And the manager never called me. Then the worker said oh, now." If we try to use your coupon, it wont-work well Why would you have me scan my coupon If there was a possibility that I wouldn't work this second time? I knew that was BS because it came from the newspaper. And they're not going to make coupons in the newspaper With different code numbers on each one. We took the coupons and left and went to a different Subway And sure enough, the coupon worked. But we got a Sandwich that tasted sour. The pepper Jack cheese looked weird and not like it normally looks. That Sandwich came from the one on warm's Springs. The one with the Winchells inside it. The girls in there were very nice and the store was clean. My Sandwich just tasted sour and I don't know if that was from the meat or the weird cheese. What kind of business does not care about a customer? On the coupons it clearly said what sandwiches you could not get, and it was only 3. I live right by that one And then we had to drive farther to go to another one. I also didn't like the fact that the worker had her hair in a parade. But the braid was flipped over to the front And she had a visor on with no hairnet and loose hairs were flying. This is the Subway next to albertsons on rainbow and Warm Springs. I will not go in here again.

Worst service and oddest attitude I've ever experienced. I'm pretty sure the two guys working were hoping to be done with their day an hour before closing. When I walked in it was like they walked to the back to hide. I waited and eventually got their attention because they were trying to pretend there was no one there. I SHOULD have just left but one man finally came to the front. He seemed so irritated that I would dare come into the shop to order a sandwich. With every ingredient he added he did it as if his mother took away his video games and was forcing him to do things. They didn't have any lettuce ready so because I asked for lettuce I guess I ruined his day because he was tossing the trays. Obviously he didn't want to be working. Horrible attitude but I was as polite as possible considering the attitude I received.
