Most horrible Subway EVER! Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app and they waited until I got to the restaurant to tell me they didn't have half of the ingredients. Then would not refund me. Called the Subway company and they no longer have humans to talk to. Everything is now digital. Even the rep who replied to my incident didn't even refund my purchase which I never even received. HORRIBLE COMPANY GOING DOWN THE DRAIN

At around 6pm I came in with my husband to get a sandwhich and a salad to have made for is to take home. When we walked in there was only 1 girl working, and she didn't even say hello or acknowledge me and my husband's presence!! I assuming she was working on an online order, which was fine but she didn't even say "I will be right with you." or "Hello welcome and I will help you, in just a moment," etc. She didnt ask if we there to pick-up an order or needed to order! She didn't do anything to let us know she was going to help us, nor did she say 1 word to us! She kept her head down and continued to prepare the same 2 sandwiches she was working on when my husband and I walked in, for 11 minutes and counting! Me and my husband were literally standing by the glass where the veggies were for 11 mins, and she still continued to ignore us! This employee really pissed me off and I dont understand why Subway would hire someone so rude and inconsiderate as this girl was! My husband and I eventually got tired of being ignored and went to a different subway that was across the street, where we were acknowledged, waited on, and on our way in less than 5 mins!! I usually don't write reviews to complain, because I never get mad enough to feel I need to!! But no, this girl which I later found out (I called to ask) her name was Tenaysha or Teneshia, really made me mad! With all the covid-19 issues and thousands and thousands of people losing there jobs because of it, you would think Tenaysha would take hers more seriously!! I just moved 1 week ago into a house that's within walking distance from this subway!! I dont plan on coming back here again because this Tenaysha is just the worst for customer service! But if for some reason my family and I or just myself ever have to come to this Subway on Jones + Warm Springs, I really hope she isn't working there or workkng there on that day, because I may not keep my mouth shut next time!!

I don't know if I will ever go back to this location. Stopped in too grab something for lunch. I ordered two things: a slider and a 6 inch sandwich. The worker grabbed the ciabatta roll with his bare hands. Once he realized it, he decided to put on some gloves and attempt to make the sandwich before I asked if him if he was going to get me another bread, since he touched that one with his bare hands. He apologized. I was fine with the service he gave until I took a bite of my sandwich at lunch. I'm giving this store 1 star because both breads were hard and stale. My coworker could barely bite into the slider. The worker had to know the bread was hard because he had to split apart one and slice into the other. Very disappointed!

I am so upset. The subway I just left had no tomatoes, tuna, the cheese looked old and the employee said they never received their shipment. Not a good problem to have. I went to another subway and the food was good. The temperature on their cooling system is too high the. The cucumber slices were frozen around the edges of the tin.

I Definitely won't eat here ! I came here for lunch to grab a sub, opened the door then walked right out. When I opened the door I saw the employee behind the register brushing his teeth !!!!! And then he spit out in the sink behind him. How can you do this in a place that you eat???? Wow subway......

This place is under new managment. Staff is very well trained and friendly. Food is fresh and the store is very clean..

Stopped by here for a couple sandwiches. Kershawn is such a great smiling face and did a great job making our sandwiches. He paid attention to detail and I didn't have to repeat myself. Best subway I've ever been to all thanks to him. The store is also clean and the food looks fresh as well!

One person working every single day at lunch time. What sense does this make ? You're losing business at this location. Second time I've been here and people walk out due to waiting in line. Losing money , if that's the one thing you care about as a franchise owner. Just horrible! Figure it out. The poor lone employee doesn't deserve this stress.

This subway is a joke compared to other ones. I went in to get a couple subs and noticed a small line of 3 people. I thought it would go by quick because other subway locations go very quickly. I thought wrong. There was one employee working and no one helping him. While waiting in line I heard the employee state that management sent home to other person. So after waiting 20 minutes in line there was one person in front of me who hadn't ordered yet. The employee then proceeded to work on and Uber eats order. That was the final straw, I left. If you have all day and nothing to do this location would be great for you. Other than that don't even bother coming in here.

There was a dad with two kids ahead of us but took 20 minutes to get to me because the trainee was left alone when it was his 2nd or 3rd day working. The manager left him all by himself while she went out to take care of something. Take care of your damn restaurant first. She also had a fat attitude,,, just never coming to this subway ever again. Giving two stars because food was decent

Will the other day stopped in Subway and order Footlong Ham sub, looked on the menu and pointed out that the price was $5.79 and charged me 5.99, boy you have keep track how many slices of meat go on that bread which is 8 slices,so now I have be sure they don't charge me for extra meat too !!So beware of all Subways are a bunch of cheats, so don't tip these jerks!!!

I walked in and was pleasantly surprised that there was only one person in line and the person helping was almost done making their sandwich. As I stood there waiting and deciding what I wanted I noticed that the sandwich maker had a few other staff members coming in and out. Sadly, it was only the one sandwich maker actually working. Not to worry though, the sandwich was almost done. 5 minutes goes by, the sandwich maker had decided to stop talking to the other coworker and fold the sandwich. Alas, there were two sandwiches and only one was folded. More coworkers come in and 10 minutes go by. I'm still standing there thinking, well I am next in line, I'll wait a little longer. 15 minutes and the other sandwich was folded- yes! You are probably thinking this is where it gets good. My sandwich is next, so why the one star? Well as the 17 minute mark goes by and I think, I could go to the other subway (up the street) and get helped faster there than here. Well, here comes the sandwich maker getting ready to ring up the very patient lady. She tries to pay and for some reason the register wasn't working. You think she would leave right? No! She had cash! All is right in the world. Sadly, this didn't help either. The register still wasn't working. The sandwich maker motions to the hardworking employee sitting down, watching this all unfold and they walk to the back. Exit scene. Unfortunately I don't know if the lady received her sandwich for I had left. I thought about the patient customer as I passed by with my sandwich I got from the subway up the street. Goodbye patient lady and farewell.
