Sugarcane is a beautiful spot inside the Venetian with great food and a relaxing vibe. The menu has lots of tasty options, and everything is fresh and well-seasoned. The service is friendly and the atmosphere feels warm and inviting. It’s a perfect place to enjoy a nice meal while exploring the Venetian.

Awesome spot for a casual yet excellent meal, and best happy hour on the Strip.
We came a little early, and enjoyed a fresh tuna sushi roll, bacon wrapped dates and the goat cheese croquettes on happy hour.
Our party of 3 shared the chargrilled bronzino, shrimp ceviche with fresh avocado and mango, and a burger with bacon and egg.
The service was perfect, and the manager stopped by as well.
We will definitely be back! Compared to some of the other restaurants nearby that are overpriced, this was a great find. Delicious food.

Came on a Sunday for happy hour, superb cocktails, and bites. Definitely try the Mini Salmon Poke Bowl and the Goat Cheese Croquettes. The server was spectacular, and a must-try when in Vegas.

With reservation, sat right away. Service was very good, Slightly slow kitchen, however the restaurant was busy and food was well prepared. Convenient and flexible to move a reservation back if needed.
The duck and waffles was delicious. I also tried the goat cheese croquettes which was good.
Sugarcane is located in the Canal Shoppes at the Venetian and is GREAT for breakfast or brunch. They have bottomless mimosa for about $26 and the brunch options are plentiful. You can go traditional or get something a little off the beaten path.
I recommend!

Sad place to get breakfast. Tried eating here. They brought a burned over medium eggs, cheap potatoes out of a brown paper bag, hard crusty toast, and bacon that looked like it was the driest weirdest looking thin sliced pretzel shaped bacon you’ve ever seen in your life, like a crumbled up piece of paper. I left immediately. Sad overpriced junk. Welcome to the casino food

Extremely slow service. Was there for a work lunch during a conference and food came out late
Loved this place! Went for poké as it was listed on the menu online, but the menu in-person didn't have it any longer. We asked the waiter if they could make it and it was made! It was delicious and hit the spot. Thank you, Sugarcane!), for being so accommodating after we walked all that way to get poké!
(My friend got the sushi roll)

Excellent brunch. The food and service were incredible. The host seated us immediately and our waitress was great. We started with Beignets and then had their Chicken and Waffles and Avocado toast; which were all delicious. Though they were busy, food arrive quickly, hot and our waitress checked to see if we needed anything else. Great experience. Thank you!
We were happy to get into this restaurant for breakfast before Wizard of Oz. Great service, and food was very good.
Food was very good. Hard to get a handle on what Sugarcane was going for exactly. Definitely a Cuban influence, but a lot of raw seafood as well, including sushi. The Cuban Benedict was perfectly prepared, like Eggs Benedict meeting a Cubano. The Guava pastry we had as an appetizer was the show stopper though. Staff was very pleasant, but our initial seating seemed unnecessarily confusing. Arriving 5 minutes prior to our reservation time, the table wasn't ready yet, but it was unclear who and how they would tell us when our table was ready. Not a big deal, but just odd for a packed restaurant.
Went for breakfast/brunch. Food was excellent! Service was friendly and not rushed. Solid place!
My husband and I stopped in here for happy hour before seeing The Wizard of Oz at The Sphere. I appreciate a restaurant that posts their happy hour menu and prices. I enjoyed a couple glasses of wine, my husband had a Mojito, and we ordered the handmade empanada, which was delicious. I would totally recommend this place!
