The service was beyond bad...they ran out of omelettes? And she didn't come and retake our order for another 15 minutes. We had to ask for every single thing 3 different times because they were in such a rush. It was pretty disappointing. The food was good but much simpler than the menu makes them sound. Overall fine but terrible service.

Had reservation for 8 prior to going to Sphere. Happened to be during happy hour so had great pricing on wine. We all ordered different entrees and they were all tasty. Our server was attentive amd was a enjoyable experience!

Server was excellent. Food was okay, not special though. I had mussels which were just okay - no pizzaz. My son had a burger - same comment. Location to get to the Sphere was our main reason for dining here.

I had a full blown panic attack, but they were so incredibly patient with me and unfailingly kind. They truly embody customer service and beyond! I also must add that the food there is phenomenal and so is ambience.  I come to Vegas every year to see Cirque du Soleil and I will be coming back to Sugarcane restaurant again and again!!!

Brunch was delicious! I had the brioche french toast, which was amazing. Service was a bit slow (took a while to get drinks) , ,but we had a party of 7.

Food was fresh and delicious - had one of the best restaurant salads I've eaten in a long time. For a restaurant on the Strip, the prices were very reasonable. Great menu with something for everyone.

We shared a house salad and was just right. Just make sure to ask for dressing on the side. We come here at least once a year and always have a dinner here. We both ordered the duck and waffle which we have done each year. This time the it was cooked all perfectly! Our server “Massi”(sp) was very attendant to our needs. We happened to be there during one NFL games and was louder than usual, but was great I could watch the game. Please change format to be able to get credit on our playing card instead of having to get the credit from the receipt and having to go to rewards desk for points, like all the other restaurants at the Venetian. But great experience, Thank you

After finding out entree chosen was not available, my waiter wasn't apologetic as typical waiters are and offer another option, instead he threw the menu back on the table and said here's the menu to look at what else to order and walked away. We were so turned off we didn't order anything else and had our app, salad and drinks and got out of there! really wished it was a better experience but I will not be returning again.

We waited for our soy sauce for a long time. We got our toasted sourdough bread with butter and the butter was melted. The fish and chips came as a big blob of fried fish vs a well battered strip of fish Food came in batches vs all of it.

Server was pleasant, informed us of the few items unavailable, took our drink order and gave us time to look over the menu. Menu had a variety of choices- sweet to savory. Bloody Marys were excellent - a meal on their own. And we ordered Key Lime Beignets-yum. The meals arrived in a timely fashion. Portions were large but not too large- filling. Server was attentive, but did hover. Also great suggestions for what we decided to choose for our meals.
