Great restaurant, we had 2 apps.( short on time. The homemade empenadas were fresh, flaky crust, and flavorful. The guava pastry was also flaky and flavorful. Our server, Edward D. Was patient with us first timers and shared the information we needed. Thank you
Brunch at SUGARCANE Vegas was a solid choice, especially on a crowded weekend. They take reservations, which was a huge plus and made the whole experience much less stressful.
The Bloody Bull was the standout—fantastic. Spicy, huge, and garnished with an impressively large piece of bacon. Definitely worth ordering if you’re a Bloody Mary fan.

Wonderful brunch. Started out with the beignets, the chocolate sauce was so creamy and the beingets were soft and fluffy with powdered sugar on top. Then I had the waffle and he had the huevos rancheros and they were amazing. The cocktails were so tasty, had the purple rain. Definitely recommended.
