Came here for a late night snack Andhra ordered the black sesame bingsoo. It is really good, not too sweet.
We got 3 different pat bingsus and they were all very good. There were 7 of us and we couldn't finish all 3 of the bingsus. There was plenty of seating area as well.
Nice shaved ice
I recently visited Sul and beans shave ice shop tucked inside Chinatown in Las Vegas, and it turned out to be a really pleasant experience. The menu offered a nice variety of flavors and combinations, with plenty of options to choose from, whether you prefer something classic or a bit more adventurous. The shave ice itself was light and finely shaved, allowing the flavors to soak in perfectly.
We went for the strawberry 🍓 choice. It was delicious. Also in the menu there a choice for waffle cookies. They were very good.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. It was a great spot to cool off and enjoy a tasty treat, and I would definitely stop by again when I’m in the area.
Be aware the parking can be challenging because the surrounded area is very busy.
If I could give 0 stars I would. One worker was very rude even when calling a number, they weren’t even busy then. I got my order and he decided to openly call me a name that shouldn’t even be said to a stranger you don’t know or any customer. Mind you, I just got out of work to get dinner, can’t he look in the mirror? I asked for my order to be bagged and call me a derogatory word? Isn’t that your job? I was being nice the whole time I was there. I don’t know what is up with that worker but he’s shameless to think he can humiliate me in front of others. Oh, my Nutella has walnuts.
I’ll be honest, I did not plan to like this place.
I came in sweaty, emotionally fragile from BJJ, and fully prepared to spend $18 on a sad bowl of purple regret. Instead, Sol Bar absolutely derailed my day (in a good way)
First: the açaí is actually good. Like “why does this taste this fresh” good. Second: the portions are aggressive. Third: now I’m telling people I need an açaí bowl after training, which has turned training into a daily trip to sol.
This bowl hit hard. Was everything I needed! Immediate recovery. Mood reset. Life choices reevaluated.
If you train, lift, or just spiral quietly in public, this is the place. Sol Bar ruined inferior açaí for me. Five stars, no notes, I will be back too often.
My favorite dessert place in vegas!! Since moving here, this is my third time! i've only been here a month😉
Good bingsoo! Nice service!
I want to start off with saying how delicious this place is. However we came in 50 minutes before closing and waited 25 minutes for our order. We start eating and it’s closing time. The boy cleaning the tables starts slamming the chairs so we start rushing to finish eating since we were the last ones there with our toddler. He then approaches us and asked us to leave as they are closed. I ask if I can take my order to go in a container with the insulated bag so I can finish it at home he tells me he can only give me a clear container as I’d be charged $1 for the bag. We took the container and left . The sad part is we loved it and were having such a good time with our little girl to be rushed to leave the way we did. Won’t be coming back
Excellent bingsoo

Watermelon shaved ice super yummy and refreshing. Wait can be a bit long, so best to go right when it opens. Also, the taro shaved ice is dreamy and delicious. They have tons of flavors to choose from, but I typically stick with the fruit flavors.
Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo was absolutely delicious 💯. Serving for this is for 2 people. Would be nice if they offer for a single or small serving. None the less, i really enjoyed my bingsoo. Staff were very nice and welcoming. The place is clean despite its showing its age. Parking can get difficult especially on the weekends. I suggest to visit on opening.
We got the fresh strawberry bingsoo and the mango bingsoo both were so tasty and refreshing! It’s such a fun and different treat compared to typical American ice cream. The flavors were bright, and the texture was perfectly fluffy and light. Each bowl is generously sized and easy to share with 2–3 people. Can’t wait to come back and try another flavor next time!
This place rocks and was delicious! I wanted to get some Bingsoo, but knew that the shaved ice would not travel well for me. Instead, I purchased the Taiyaki, which was stellar! Staff was very polite!
We ordered Mango Bingsoo which was a very bad experience cuz the mango was too sour and thick. I dont think it deserves the price.
