I had the worst experience eating here. I love the desserts and everything but the customer service is horrible. I cannot believe the way they act with me. I feel that other people also have similar experience with them. I ask them for the code for the bathroom and the proceed to yell at me. I really don't understand because I said it so kindly manner. I ask kindly and Its truly horrible how horribly trained this place is. My family members have all come here and stated that they also had a bad experience on customer service. It is so rude to be yelling at customers this way. I was also waiting for my desserts to come out. I ordered a Oreo Bingsoo. The ice was melting when I got it. Then, I went in a less busy day and I realize that NO ONE was at the register. I had to wait for so long. I saw employees at the back on there phones and didn't notice me. I kept calling them and STILL NO ANSWER. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS the bathroom. It was so messy and I saw actual poop stains and horrible smell I could not understand. I question myself if employees were even trained to clean the bathrooms. Sometimes, I see toilet papers all around the floor. I do not feel its a clean place. I feel that this place would be better if they were more clean and nicer people. it is NEVER okay to be yelling at a customer.

Very large and satisfying portions of shaved ice milk flavored with your favorite ice cream tastes. The mango and chocolate Bingsoo were amazing!

Great flavors and delicious!

We got a lemon tea and an original Milk Bingsoo with the red bean on the top. The sweetness was perfect, not too sweet. The shaved ice was perfect soft and tasty. We also asked for additional condensed milk at the counter. They also have free water at the front. The time we went there was like 9 pm on weekday and the place was so packed. We were in the line for a bit. We will come back again.

Please change the mochi back to the square rice cakes. Not the sweet candy like ones.

They refuse to give us service at 1043 just because the machine is difficult to clean. I was visiting the city and I come to try this ice cream. Really disappointed

One of our favorite treat spots to bring visiting friends. Unique, sweet, delicious, and fun experience!

Great place to grab some bingsu. However this place can get packed pretty quickly so try to get there ahead of time to beat the crowd. Good service, great bingsu. Must try if you’re in the Las Vegas area.

Ordered delivery, not great packaging. Tastes good, not very worth it if buying for just yourself as it needs to be finished in one sitting or it goes bad in fridge
