They used to fill the taiyaki up a lot more than they do now. There were a few empty spots in the taiyaki like the fish was hungry but otherwise it was good. Also the smell inside is a little weird.
Love this place. Best bingsul in town.

I absolutely LOVE Sul & Beans. It’s my favorite cafe in Chinatown, and the bingsu is absolutely divine! My favorite flavor is the Oreo bingsu, but there are so many different varieties that I’m sure there’s a perfect one for everybody. I also really enjoy the injeolmi bingsu! PLUS, the bboong uh bbang (fish shaped dough with filling) is soooo good. I especially love the Nutella flavor. I definitely recommend Sul & Beans to anyone who hasn’t tried it before!
Parking: There’s parking available on the street just behind Shanghai Plaza (Pioneer St) and there’s parking in the plaza itself, but it’s often quite crowded, especially on weekend nights.

The Injeolmi is so good! It’s sweet roasted soybean powder and they make sure to layer it through all of the shaved powder.
Great place to meet up for a sweet treat. We tried the green grape bing soo and a mixed pack of the taiyaki. Definitely worth the visit.

Bingsoo are great shareable size. Nice presentation.
It is very refreshing to eat in a Vegas heat given it is not too sweet.
Got a mango that tops with all mange slice (although some are not rips)

I always try to stop here for desert after a meal. Food and service is good. Parking is the only challenge when it's rush hour. Better to just park in the back streets and walk in.

Edit: I tried the yogurt berry bingsu without strawberry syrup, and it was perfect for low sweetness! I loved the taste of the Asian-style yogurt drizzle, and the shaved ice is even yogurt-flavored, too. I've gotten this twice already; I love it a lot!

The green grape bingsu was very good. It was too sweet when the brown syrup touched stuff, so I would ask to omit that.
The condensed milk ice is not smooth but not rough. It was perfectly sweet on its own without the syrup.
Inside the ice were these small grape cubes or aloe vera cubes (not sure), but they had a really nice crisp texture. The green grapes on the outside were okay, although the skin detracted from the texture a little. I had one overripe brownish grape that was weird, but other than that, the overall dish was pretty good!

Korean and Japanese have very similar cultures and taste in food. Sweet red beans have been one of the major ingredients for sweet treats, and we love shaved ice in the summertime. But Korean took it one step further! They created shaved ice from milk instead of water. What a smart idea! Yes it was delicious and pleasant experience here! And of course we cannot forget about TAIYAKI! (Fish shaped waffles) I took home all flavors - custard, red beans, matcha custard and Nutella. Oh not black sesame, got to get it next time!

Bingsu great shareable size. Nice presentation. Ordered the watermelon, earl grey, and taro. Honestly good but felt it needs more actual flavor. Taro is just taro boba milk powder layer over the ice. Doesn’t give a nice taro taste…just a hint. Watermelon was recommended by the staff, had a nice refreshing taste but again could use more flavors to boost the watermelon flavor. Earl grey seems to be the most lacking of all the 3.

Fast & Friendly service. Serving Korean dessert - snow ice with fresh fruits. So good and refreshing! So far tried mango and strawberry. We'll be back to try the other flavors!

Desert is good but their service needs a lot of improvement… Their current employees are very unprofessional and disrespectful! Had the worst experience today asking for a to go container and an xtra spoon the employee literally threw it at the counter. If you are a person that likes good respectful and friendly environments please do not visit this place.
