This place is really good. We stoped here on vacation and got a strawberry shaved ice. It was delicious, 5 stars. Eat here if you are in town on vacation, you won’t regret it.Parking: This area in general is very busy. If the plaza is full there is street parking and there is a shopping complex across the road that you could park at as well.

By now, I’ve tried half the restaurants in Shanghai Plaza, and none have ever disappointed. This dessert shop is par for the course of the quality I have come to expect in this plaza. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the dessert display case. Having never been here before, I appreciated knowing how large the portion sizes were (humongous), all the ingredients in each dessert, and the ratio of ingredients before I ordered.My partner and I shared 1 strawberry cheese bingsoo (milk-based shaved ice dessert for those who are unfamiliar), and it still took us some time to work through it. It was well worth the cost, and just 1 was honestly enough for 3+ people to share. They were generous with the amounts of strawberries and cheesecake, and the strawberries tasted fresh. The presentation was thoughtful and beautiful. Every bingsoo came with a cup of condensed milk (watered down so it pours easily and isn’t insanely sweet). It was a delicious and filling dessert.Seating options were plentiful. Dining area was clean, simple, and well lit. Service was friendly. Had no complaints and would return.

I stop here every time I visit Vegas! I usually just get the fish waffles which are really good! I’ve had the ice cream once and it was huge, it’s definitely something to share with someone else.There’s lots of seating and the service is fairly quick given how fresh everything is.

During my recent outing to Sul and Beans, Iencountered a few hiccups that tempered an otherwise enjoyable experience. I was denied additional bowls to split the order with a friend. And the sourness of the mangos in the dessert deviated from my expectations for a sweeter taste. Despite these minor disappointments, the cozy atmosphere and staff contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere. While there's room for improvement, I would still recommend Sul and Beans for those seeking a cozy spot to sample unique desserts.

Hubby had been looking for a dessert like this for awhile in Vegas. He enjoyed his Fresh Mango Bingsoo and I thought my Taiyaki red bean was tasty. The taiyaki taro was just ok.We got the bingsoo to go and it came in a foil bag and ice pack. But don’t know if that cost us more because hubby doesn’t ask and he ate it at the place anyway (sigh).
