La Madre Canyon Grill

Good food and good service. Too expensive. Two fish tacos for $10. I can afford this, but it’s the principle for me. Charging this amount for food is unnecessary. This restaurant is not on strip.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I would recommend foregoing the gluten free option pancake. It tasted like dry cornbread. My boyfriend got the el pastor bowl and it was pretty good. I’d come back and try one of their bowls.

We really like La Madre. Have been several times, always for breakfast and always with our favorite waiter, Domingo, he is one of the best. Food is always on point and reasonably priced with decent sized portions. You won't be disappointed.

Today, we visited this very pleasant restaurant. We enjoyed the French toast and avocado toast for breakfast, both of which were delicious. We're eager to sample more of their menu to fully appreciate what this establishment has to offer. We anticipate returning soon.

Beautiful remodel of the space. Really good special offerings to entice neighborhood to give it a try. Best bet salad I've ever had and the service was very friendly

They know what they’re doing!

Pastries are exceptional - fresh and amazing variety. Great comfort food but bring a sleeping bag cause you want to take a nap after lunch. Highly recommend La Madre near Summerlin for next-level food at a great price. I will be back to try to the steak on the grill!

First time eating here. Service was excellent from the time we were welcomed and sat. Food server was kind and food was delicious. I love the jalapeño bacon! Yum. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I were immediately greeted by the staff, which was very nice. We chose our table and when the waiter came over he questioned why we got sat where we did. The person, who I believe to be the owner, was hosting several others and they were obnoxiously loud to the point where I had to ask my daughter several times to repeat herself because they were that loud, it actually reminded me more of a bar restaurant. I had the pork chop special with mashed potatoes and the flavor was GREAT, however as I got closer to the bone it was raw. The waiter didn't check back in on us after delivering the meals, because he was more interested in the other obnoxious table. When he came to check in on us I told him the pork was raw and he asked where it was found, to which I showed him the bone and he stated that they've been seeing more of it from the “chef”. They gave me my beer for free and comped me 20% on the meal I ordered. Overall, the experience/ambiance we had there was less than expected/desired, and to further exasperate the experience, they served raw pork, and for that reason I would not recommend.

Delicious breakfast. I really enjoyed the huevos rancheros. The pop music that was playing was a little obnoxious though

Terrible service. So many employees standing around watching us trying to get someone's attention for service and they just kept walking past. My food wasn't what I ordered. Didn't get refilled water until the end of our meal. Ordered a latte then ordered a de af coffee and they poured the coffe into my empty latte cup. Buster was just standing around then the waiter had to ask him to get us water, he finally came with water while one hand in his pocket and the other with the pitcher slowly pouring the water in the glasses. Needless to say to say, we won't be back.

Love the newly remodeled Lamadre Canyon Grill. We all had the prix fixe menu and it was wonderful. Great value. We will definitely be back over and over again. Service was excellent

Great spot. Killer happy hour and cocktails, a must try!!
