Been going here for 3yrs but now realizing that they don’t care too much about their customers or stand by their employees words. I came to put in an order for a Birthday Cake, selected a cake from the section they had on their tablet and chose the type of filling I like, gave them 3 days before pickup and paid for everything upfront with a 20% Tip! When I went to pickup the cake, saw it was just a plain cake with my daughter’s name on it that looks like a 5yrs old wrote it! I was like “what is this?” That’s not my cake! I pointed out the cake I chose and they said oh that’s not what you paid for, that will be $23 dollar more so now the cake is $85 before taxes and tips! I said that was what I was quoted and what I paid for, they said if you don’t want to pay the difference then we can just refund you, I felt like I’m being bait and switch but I needed a cake for my daughter’s party in a few hours, so I paid and had to come back in an hour to pickup the cake I chose originally! Being in hospitality for so long, I would never choose $23 over my reputation, especially when it’s my employees mistake and now you’re forcing your customer to pay for the mistake with time and money! There’s many other bakeries that I can go to and much better pricing! I went to Tous Les Jours Cafe Bakery on Decatur and Spring Mountain for some pastries and saw they have cloud cakes there for just $45! Sunville Bakery, hope the $23 was worth your reputation! Will never be back and will never recommend a business with no honor!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great service great pastries. Everything felt authentic real mom and pop shop with delectable bites made fresh. Had the red bean buns and they were so tasty me and hubby loved it here and staff were very helpful!!

Was next door for new eye glasses, decided to get some buns. The lady was not welcoming, she then tells me to use debit/credit card purchase must be $10 or more. I ordered more buns, THEN there's a charge for using a card! 🫩🤬

Bought three sponge cakes, two of them after one day were moldy. No best by date, no made on date. What frustrated me was their lack of items, and the over price for this poor quality. Skip this spot and go to 85 degrees or Paris Baguette. I'm a huge supporter of SMB, but when these simple cares are ignored and put the public at risk, that's where I draw the line. This shows a lack of care for consumers and interest in one's bottom line.

reasonably prices sweets (starting around $3), not too sweet and fairly light. the sweets are on display and you let her know which ones your interested in, there is a good amount of options for bread, light cakes slices, mooncakes and other small treats.

If you’re looking for cheap prices and delicious bread/pastries come here. I prefer it here than Diamond bakery, Crown bakery, and 85 degrees.

I love buying their breads. It’s deliciously soft and fluffy. I think it’s the best bread in Vegas compared to other bakeries.
You can get a big loaf of their milk bread or any type of bread and they will cut it to your preference (thick or thin). They also have the classics like bbq pork buns, cheese buns and pineapple bun (similar to melon pan). I also enjoyed their pork floss bun. Their prices are cheaper than other bakeries out there in Vegas. I got 2 bundles of bread and 4 pastries for just $20. If you haven’t tried this bakery yet you’re missing out! Please come and I’m try their bread and other selections. You won’t be disappointed.

Was not greeted upon entering, in fact, bakery owner immediately walked to the back out of sight. When I was finally ready to check out, owner gave an arbitrary number of $14 for 4 items so I asked for an itemized receipt. This lady gave me a receipt with the total simply coming to $14 again, no individual prices. Not worth coming back.

I love the uniqueness of this place. You can order mooncakes and they will make them fresh and to your liking (1 or 2 yolks) during the mooncake festival. I love that their mooncakes are not too sweet.

Lovely place. Pastries taste amazing and the staff is more than friendly. Asked for strong coffee but told us that the pods they use are only light. Appreciate the honesty!
