We went to Superfrico with a big group, excited for a fun night out — but what we got was truly disappointing. The service was painfully slow from the moment we sat down. It took nearly 30 minutes just to get our first round of drinks. After that, things somehow got worse: we waited over an hour for our food, even after our waiter specifically asked if we had a time constraint (we did). Instead of adjusting or communicating anything, they ignored the issue entirely, and our entrees finally arrived with only 10 minutes left before we had to leave — forcing us to scarf down what should have been a nice (and very expensive) meal.

To top it off, they slapped a gratuity on the check just because we were a big group — which, under normal circumstances, would be fine — but when the service is this poor, it feels like we were being punished for their inefficiency.

For the price, the experience should be exceptional. Instead, it felt chaotic, disorganized, and disrespectful of our time. I rarely write reviews, let alone negative ones, but this place absolutely earned it. There are too many incredible restaurants in this city — don’t waste your night here.

Don’t be fooled by the shows… it’s so you forget about your food and drinks.

The only food item that we thought was decent was the Fried Mozzarella anything with mozzarella. The sausage pasta was like eating chef boy r d. Shownwas non existent besides a guy doing some bubbles and another a rubber band kids magic trick. Wish at least the food was good. Disappointed!!!

Save yourself your money and time. Booked a table for Superfrico for my husband’s 30th birthday after seeing a bunch of “hype” about it on social media. I have no problem spending $$$ on food/entertainment, but this experience was definitely NOT it. The table side mozzarella is good, but the arrangements of meats/veggies/bread they give you with it is super disappointing. We also got seated in the back corner of what felt like a “back” room. I think we saw one “act” of this guy spinning a drink on an hula hoop type thing - and then another “act” which was just someone in a giant mascot costume twerking. The food and drinks were okay, but definitely not worth $300+ Also I know restaurants aren’t expected to do anything for your birthday - but was also super disappointing that no one acknowledged his birthday despite putting it in the booking comments. Even one free drink would’ve been sufficient lol. Just felt like a let down of a night, and super over hyped.

Complete disappointment. If you’re coming for the entertainment … DON’T! I read so many reviews of top restaurants in Vegas in preparation for our trip and was so excited to splurge on Superfrico as our one special meal. The entertainment was the only reason we booked a reservation here and was the meal that I was most excited to experience in Vegas. The vibe of the restaurant looked so cool online. I thought there was a DJ - there wasn’t. We didn’t see any performers throughout our 1.5 hour meal. Only when I asked about a performer, I was told they’d try to send someone out. We waited another 30 minutes to have one dancer come through the restaurant. We were told that since they started a private “Party” experience in a separate room, all of the performers remain in that room. So unless, you book the $150/person party, you just get a boring overpriced meal. I’m so mad that we wasted our night here. I was looking for a unique experience for my family and we were all so disappointed. Way to ruin the last night of our trip.

Went here to try a baked Alaska but apparently it's reservation only. We will get a reservation and try it out as we are in the process of moving to Vegas.

Food was good but nothing outstanding. They have floor shows that are very entertaining throughout the meal. The atmosphere is lively and they were playing songs with what appeared to be a dj. If you want an entertaining meal, this would be a good option. The food did not live up to the price point but if you figure in that there are some entertainment to go with, it was more of an experience. Would probably go again with other people but this restaurant did not make our must eat list when we visit vegas

This is my all time favourite restaurant EVER!!! Amazing staff, amazing entertainment and amazing food. Their pizza and gnocchi was incredible. The coolest restaurant I’ve ever been to and the DJ was spinning the best music. You guys deserve to be on the top of the top. Will be returning everytime I visit Las Vegas which is at least 1-2x a year.

I was mistaken that it was a dinner with fun & weird attractions throughout but they only come out every 30 minutes or so, so it wasn't fun & entertaining like I thought it was going to be. Other than that it was only okay after the higher end pricing of food options.

Make sure you get the Tableside Mozzarella. Best mozzarella and charcuterie plate we have ever had. Loved the energy of the establishment. Great food and desserts. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Vegas. Thanks for the great experience!

Absolute best experience I've ever had in my life!! Food was amazing, service was outrageous and last but not least the customers next to us even shared food. It felt like a family dinner. I can't thank Alec and Ronnie for the absolute best humor and service to make my birthday as special as they did. Tons of love for this place!!

We were really excited about this place. Unfortunately the hostess that took us to our seats was quite impolite. We saw barely any entertainment in the room we sat in. It was a disappointing experience. Plenty of other options in Vegas.

I booked Superfrico for my husband's birthday, and while the food was good, I wish we had tried the mozzarella special — but being a party of two, we had to be selective. The real disappointment, however, came from the restroom situation. The bathroom was surprisingly unclean, and none of the soap dispensers I tried were working. I had to notify the staff, but I was too uncomfortable to return and check if it was addressed. The live performances were definitely a fun and unique touch — entertaining and funny — but the visibility of the show really depended on where you were seated. It would've been great if the performers made their way around the entire restaurant so all guests could enjoy the experience equally. All in all, while there were some enjoyable moments, I've had better overall experiences at other Vegas restaurants. There's definitely room for improvement in both service and facility maintenance.

Way too loud. Couldn't even have a conversation. I have been there before and the food was excellent. It was not this time. At all. Husbands lamb chops were overcooked. My chicken parmigiana was way too crispy and not enough sauce. Best thing we had was the dessert.
