WORST EXPERIENCE AND JUST LAZY. Server named JIN denied me and my girlfriend seating, saying last seating is at 1:45am when they don't close until 3am. MIND YOU WE ARRIVED AT 1:46AM AND ONLY A PARTY OF 2. JIN could've made an exception just a lazy individual. ZERO STARS ABSOLUTELY

We have been coming here for 4 years. The owner usually comes out and gives my kids balloons so they love this place. But since chef Ivan left it’s gone down hill. Service was bad waiter spilt a whole soda partially on my husband and in front of our table. The servers were more worried about chatting with each other than cleaning up our plates and taking our order. Food taste totally different kinda blah. Also never been charged full price for a tiny 7 year old who ate 2 shrim and a ramen . Wow Just not the same never coming back here again. Sad

Decent AYCE spot, near The Orleans in Vegas.

Loved the menu, for a reasonably priced sushi spot.

The lunch upgrade=dinner AYCE pricing, which is still very reasonable.

Dishes notated with #1 are limited to 1 order per AYCE.

There are yakitori-style skewers, appetizers, nigiri, sushi hand and regular rolls, special rolls, yakisoba, noodles, and options for people who don’t eat fish.

Overall, a really good value. One could really get their fill of some good quality sushi and nigiri here.

We would return, if in the area.

We've been coming to this restaurant for almost two years, it was our favorite spot until today. There were only three tables occupied, yet the server told us they were too busy to take any orders. We were shocked, how can they refuse to take orders? Terrible customer service.

I've been to Sushi 21 several times over the years. The sushi is really good and very reasonably priced, however, the restaurant could use some updating. The staff was very nice and took great care of us while we were there.

Server was nice but the other staff were short and rude. Maybe they were mad because I wasn't tipping them but only my server IDK. Food was ok at most. The owner kept coming to my table being overly friendly and it began to get annoying. I spent $350 and this is the most I ever spent at a sushi restaurant in my freaking life. I'm not going back here again on to the next one y'all!!!

We have lunch daily somewhere and it’s very rare we spend $50 on lunch. Usually 35 or so. 4 slices of chicken for $10 is a rip off. We left hungry and broke. The food was ok at best. The chicken cold. Definitely not going back.

I usually order from here , I won’t be ordering here anymore . The shrimp fried rice was slimy , and I called prior to ordering about a sauce item on the menu, someone called my phone back and said I needed to find a way to add the item instead of calling even though the option for sauce isn’t on doordash

It was ok. I came with my son and my nieces. My niece ordered a sushi that had crab in it and asked for a replacement. As I tried to order, the waitress stopped me and said “I have to put in her replacement”. With all that, they still put crab in her sushi. Didn’t offer a comp, coupon or anything. What if she was allergic and went into anaphylactic shock? When I got the bill and asked then they took it off. It should be automatic. I know it’s not the waitress’s fault but they have to be more careful. The food was just ok.

Food is great it tastes delicious… staff and server are very bad and one of them was rude with me.
I had to ask for water 3 times and after 3 time the manager didn’t like my request, this is crazy… sorry but i need to be honest.
Definitely need to have training for the staff on how to have proper costumer service.

Sushi is not good. It’s dry and doesn’t taste fresh. Sushi rice has too much rice wine vinegar. I ordered the nigiri, their sashimi and the amaebi. Amaebi is the only one that I like without the sushi rice.

The location is a little dated. However the food itself is so good!
Our party of 15 had quick service, the food came out very fast. Everything was accurate.

Vegetarian options: Almost everything can be changed to vegetarian

Kid-friendliness: They don't really have kids menus so I suggest going a la carte unless they eat a ton.
