First time at Sushi Fever and we've got the fever! Outstanding food, very creative and 'always fresh' as the chef indicated. Very energetic staff with lots of yelling and banter to liven things up. We tried the Dynamite and it was exploding with flavor! The salmon eggs with the quail eggs were excellent, as well as the Linda special and the salmon lover. We will return for sure. Highly recommended but it does get busy so plan accordingly. I recommend the sushi bar. Very reminiscent of the old days at California Beach in Hermosa Beach.

I love stopping here whenever I'm in Vegas! Not the cheapest sushi in town, but the quality for price is amazing. Staff is always on top of things. There are a few underwhelming dishes on the menu, but the weekly specials are usually pretty great. Nigiri portions are generous, and the garlic edamame is a personal favorite. Presentation is always beautiful as well!

Big sushi bar, busy, and a very roll heavy menu. There are two and a half pages of tempura style rolls. My wife always gets the carrot top and I don't mind if she can't finish it. Great sushi bar!

Stopped by for 2 avocado 🥑 rolls and they delicious. I don’t eat inside I ate them in my car. I was on the move.
Took my granddaughters for sushi, katsusan, both of which were fresh and well prepared. For dessert we had mango, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla Moshi all of which were among the best that I have tried. Service was prompt but polite.
