While I do not always dine in, I want to thank Sunny Kim and Frank Rieger for introducing me to Sushi Hiro. I love their Agedashi Tofu appetizer, how the quality of the food is wonderful and always fresh, and how I have never had a problem with having to wait in line.
absolutely exceptional authentic japanese food. don't get your sushi on the strip. this is the place to go. it is worth your drive and time. the value is insane. go sushi hiro.
Absolutely...a great Sunday afternoon experience. I sat at the sushi bar, and it had been a while since I enjoyed sushi. The summer heat, and distance delayed me from exploring sushi options, other than in a busy casino. This spot works! Great sushi, service, and environment. Only one other customer was at the bar, and she swears she practically lives at Sushi Hero.
